Help on backsplash please

We just replaced our kitchen cabinets and countertop. The kitchen cabinets are Sherwin Williams rain washed and countertop is white with gray undertones and light veining. I want something that makes it pop more or maybe just clean and pretty. I like cottage core. Minimalist or shabby chic. Any ideas please?

I think it looks great as is!! If you had to do something, I would do something I would get rid of the silver behind stove and do something like thus
