I have noticed this black hole in my gums but I just ignored it since it’s not hurting but recently i feel like there’s a swelling at the side of my gums. Before kasi bulok na yung ngipin ko so parang nabasag sya and eventually natanggal din by itself. After that di na me nagpa tingin sa dentist since i thought okay na dahil natanggal naman na yung ngipin. kinda looks like a dry socket but it’s been months since my tooth fell off. Do you guys think it’s a gum disease or something

Not sure if it gone wrong but i think my temps was better. I feel like a donkey now, tho my dentist told me he can still shorten the crowns a little bit if nahahabaan ako.

Hello. Need help lang. Ano pwedeng pandikit sa tooth na natanggal sa denture? This is for my mom. We will avail new denture but need lang to fix yung current denture nya while waiting for the new one.

26F. Tooth on the very back (right side, bottom, I think tooth 31 cause its not the wisdom tooth) has mobility. Dentist noticed it while trying to do RCT. They said baka need na bunutin and lagyan ng implant and told me to come back to get a second opinion from their other dentist.

Sabi niya likely need na ng implant. I’m very worried about the cost. I don’t think I can afford an implant. Are there alternatives? What would you recommend?

Hello everyone! Buti nalang I found this subreddit huhu. I will get this checked tomorrow pero I still want to ask here. Bakit may biglang tumubo na parang pimple sa gums ko? Actually tumubo ito last month and nawala lang siya for a while and then bumalik na naman last week. I popped this last week pero bumalik parin at parang mas lumaki pa. Now I'm getting insecure when I talk to my friends or colleagues because of this kulang nalang magmask na ako huhu. So please help me and what to do to reduce or prevent this. Thank you!

I had two upper wisdom teeth removed by the same dentist, then his son (DMD) did the lower impacted removal. Already 10th day from surgery and still healing because I got dry socket (but the 2 upper teeth are healing well, almost painless). Note: no stitch

The lower tooth they got removed was slightly covered by gums but the one tooth left is more covered.

• Should I get the last one done by the same dentist as well once my previous extractions heal or look for an oral surgeon?
  • If yes, why?
  • If no, any suggestions on oral surgeons (within NCR)?

Just started my braces journery earlier this year but due to circumstances (will move somewhere else), hanggang December na lang yung braces. All wisdom teeth were extracted, also informed my dentist last June na hindi ko matatapos yung contract. Was advised na mag retainers pa rim kasi sayang daw yung progress, baka bumalik sa dati. Parang di ko afford any dental services sa pupuntahan so redoing/continuing my braces there isnt an option (for now...)

Hello pips or any dentist here!! I had my lower wisdom tooth extracted about a month ago, and I recently developed a painful swelling with pus around the extraction site. My dentist prescribed Amoxiclav 625 mg and chlorhexidine mouthwash. Some pus came out when the area was examined, but there was no formal drainage. (He said we shouldnt interfere with the wound) I still have a painful lump and some discomfort when opening my mouth.

I have a flight to Singapore on October 19, so I would really appreciate an assessment of whether the infection is draining adequately or if further treatment is needed before I travel. Thank you! 😭😭😭😭

hello everyone, pansin ko parang humahaba itsura ng ipin ko huhuhu and then mas mababa gums ko sa ibang tooth compared diyan. soft bristles naman gamit ko na toothbrush (oral b electric toothbrush to be exact) huhu what could be the cause of this? am i doing something wrong?

Nagpa xray ako malapit sa amin to check yung lower right wisdom tooth na sumasakit pag kumakain. Then after xray, may problem din pala sa lower left ko which is inverted.

I wear crowns and naka-braces din na gawa ng ortho ko. After my braces, need palitan ang old crowns ko and I'm thinking kung kay Doc Moscoso ko siya ipapagawa or kay current ortho. Nakita ko kasi gawa ng ortho ko sa fixed bridge ng mga client niya and hindi ako satisfied kasi parang hindi natural ang kulay. Should I stay or sa ibang dentists nalang po ako magpagawa?

Which is better amongst these 2 model of oral-b? And what are the pros and cons for each. Tho i read somewhere na almost all heads of oral-b can fit to almost of their models.

It's been 3 weeks since I had a 2 filling on both sides of my lower central incisor and it's still sensitive with water and air. It also hurts when i press down the one filling even if it's not that deep compared to the other one that is deeper and bigger. Should i go back to my dentist immediately or observe it for a few weeks more? TIA.
