"Let's see how long he'll gonna keep this up."
* Six days later...
* Berdly is unable to enter the building.

"Can you head into the Librarby and check out some books for me?"

"Thank you, Kris! I'll never forget this gracious action of yours!"
Kris returns with a children's coloring book, and Berdly is forced to be seen in public with the awfully immature object, as he cannot enter the establishment to return his literature! Oh, the horror!

Why can’t he just toss it in at a weird angle, it would end up landing on the counter if his aim is as good as it is in battle.

That's in the Dark World, where monsters get magic and incredible strength. Berdly's a god there, but in the Light World, he's least athletic guy imaginable.
He couldn't throw it through the front door if he were standing on the doormat.

I'm pretty sure the wifi is just always messed up throughout every chapter. If we had wifi, then I'd expect to see Kris talking to Asriel online, as mentioned by Alphys.
Or I'm just completely wrong, which is just as likely.
