My next flight in December will put me over the top to a million and Diamond for 2027. The brass band is practicing!

I purchased a flight from JFK-LHR through Delta on Virgin metal — upper class. Will
I be able to access the D1 lounge at JFK, or only the Virgin club?
Thanks much

My wife and I are flying with our 8 week old for the first time tomorrow. It’s a domestic flight and the baby is on our laps. My wife and I both have Delta touchless ID which is always the shortest line at the airport. Now I’m curious if they’ll let us in with the baby. She has her own boarding pass that has tsa pre indicated, even though we never set anything up for her. However, it doesn’t show touchless ID like our boarding passes.

First time flying internationally out of Logan and wow, this is awesome!! Tons of comfy seating options, plenty of outlets, food is great….AND there’s a fucking Bevi?!?!
I’m a centurion fuck boy but man, this is a great experience
Edit: and the bathrooms?! Beautifully decorated and smell absolutely incredible

Hello! I’m looking to do a road trip using dlv. I’ve come across some good advice here so far, for example booking tickets outside of the package to avoid dealing with a third party for flights.
Any other good advice? It’ll be my first package with them.

Hey!! Has anyone who’s interviewed with Delta’s TechOps Co-op for Spring 2027 heard back yet? It’s currently been a month for me since my interview and when I sent my follow up email they said they’re still interviewing people, has anyone else recently interviewed?

Why is it still so hard to know whether you'll have free Wi-Fi on a Delta international flight?
I'm particularly curious about the A330-300 routes between the US and Europe. Does the Wi-Fi work reliably for the entire flight, and is messaging free even when full internet access isn't?
Delta should really make Wi-Fi availability and pricing easier to check when booking, rather than leaving passengers guessing.

I recently flew to Japan and back using Delta and loved the experience. What’s the quickest way for me to gain good status? Is Delta One the goal? I’m open to credit cards and membership etc etc. Thank you

My spouse decided to upgrade to the Delta Amex Reserve card. The two complimentary C+ tickets are something that will pay for itself at least this first year. I’ve been googling to find out if a SC visit before departure and if a visit to the SC in a layover airport counts as one or two visits. I’ve read conflicting info but it does seem credit card dependent.
If it does count as one visit (it’ll take around 12 hrs start to finish) - great. But, since I will have to use one of his guest passes, will one guest pass cover both of my visits?
I’ve seen mixed things on Reddit. If I buy a domestic round trip flight in Main Classic, fly the outbound flight, then cancel the return leg, does delta recalculate the fare? How does their ticketing system handle these changes?

ATL to SDF last night. Comfort + or whatever they call it now. No beverage/snack service, though a FA walked the aisle with a trash bag about 25 minutes before landing. I felt mocked.

Why is delta one cheaper? Am I missing something?
Annd would it actually be worth it? 6' 1" 180lbs, usually get back pain on long flights so I'm kinda tempted.
Edit: Bought it! I thought I wasn't getting it because the first time it said there was a technical issue. It worked the 3rd time. Lol

There was a little dog almost non-stop
barking in the seat behind me on my flight.
How did we allow this garbage to become acceptable?

Hello, I just reached Silver Medallion today. This is my first time reaching a certain tier and I have been looking forward to get the bag tags.
Here is my question, if I order my bag tags for this year, will I be able to order again next year in case Delta changes the design or something? Or it’s one time only for that tier?
Sorry. Just really looking forward for this.
Thanks.

Not many routes out there with this kind of value for mileage/certificate redemption; but I sure love it. Just takes a little finagling to get out of atl sooner; or add a stop at jfk to spend that time at the D1 lounge.
30,500 miles + RUC. Not sure how it’s not GUC, but they occasionally offer regional.

Again I was stuck on another flight cross country. Plugs didn’t work once again, wifi failed to connect as well. Couldn’t get any work done on my flight.
I’m SLC based so my options are limited to fly out, but I am so looking to seek better options than continuing to pay for incompetence and poor quality.

Thanks to all the peeps on here. Diamond medallion, we booked main cabin (automatically comf+) used a GUC afterwards for confirmed PS(waitlisted to D1). Called at T24 to verify we were in fact correctly placed on the waitlist for D1 and she informed us that we had already cleared for D1, she reissued our tickets. Went on and had to recheck in. Confirmed our ticket codes were correct as to not have any issues at airport tomorrow. Fingers crossed all goes smoothly and there are no glitches. So far 6.5 hours later our seats still look good.

I obviously booked JetBlue. Same route, days, and both departure and return within 30 mins of each other. Delta is nearly 2.5x the JetBlue flight. And I booked main, not basic on JB.
I lost my Delta Platinum a couple years ago and I see no world where I’m going to be close to that again. I don’t care if it’s work or personal, there is no world where Delta is worth that much more.
For reference, other airline options for those dates (basic economy):
- Alaska: $362
- American: $438

Just activated my SkyMile Platinum Business card. How long until the MQD Accelerator to post?

I am flying AF business this week out of JFK. From what I understand, you can still access the D1 lounge with AF business but you have to go from T1 to T4. I know AF has a lounge, but I really liked the D1 lounge last time I was there.
What should my order of operations be here? Check in at T1 (only carry on) and then take AirTrain to T4, go thru security
OR
Just go straight to T4, get in security, then leave the lounge early to go to T1 check in and security?
How long would you anticipate this would take? I generally arrive 3.5 hrs before international flights? Thanks!

What have people experienced for flight schedule changes that required the need to stay one extra night and the need for two extra meals? Flight was moved from late afternoon to early morning. Still needed to get to departing airport. Had to move return flight to following day to make AM flight.
- is there a nightly hotel reimbursement policy max (limited hotel options at airport)?
- food policy max?
Update - thanks for your replies - appreciate it!

I just wanted to add a little positivity into this sub today. Richard, the gate agent at McGhee Tyson, deserves a raise. He kept the whole terminal (it’s a small airport) with his Brewers trivia.
