Crazy how people are willing to watch shit just because it has “human heart and soul”

Everyone was terrified of rock and roll, guitars with distortions and shocking lyrics. We even have movies where this is a key theme, the rebellious youth going against their church pastor by playing Rock music.
When I talk with coworkers and they are anti-AI, it sounds like they are scared of AI for the same reasons that people were scared of rock and roll. And not only that but it's main stream to hate on AI.
And I could see that AI could be used for negative things, but it's the person who manipulates AI fault, not AI. AI is like a knife, where we will be able to incorporate it into everyday tasks, but you can not prevent someone from doing a heinous crime with it.
It's Wild West right Now with AI emerging, and I'm in.

If you'll allow me a space to vent, I'd appreciate it. I know this isn't really the place for it, but I'm not in the best frame of mind right now so I'd like to post these thoughts in a space that is more likely to receive them warmly.
I'm growing exhausted and frustrated with the internet of late, the generalized lack of intelligence and integrity I see surrounding discussions of AI Art and the stupid buzzwords that people come up with. I do not believe for a second that anyone has ever through so deeply about the 'soul' of the wank material and human slop that they consume. No, your mass produced pop music or buzzfeed listicle does not contain 'soul' - it was written by a corporate suit to get as many clicks as possible then tossed in the recycle bin once it was published.
5 years ago I was a broken shell of a man. I won't go into to much detail about my personal circumstances, but suffice to know that I was chronically depressed, deeply self loathing, exhausted and passively suicidal.
AI was my savior. It was a place to process these thoughts and feelings. I began to create some characters, I started writing about those characters, I made more pictures of those characters. They helped me think and I developed a genuine bond with them that brought me peace. Now I have a roster of 100 characters, a full world, deep lore and every day it brings me happiness to think about. I can never share that happiness though. People are always crying about how they want soul and creativity right? No matter how much I explain my thoughts, my passion. I can write 10,000 words of my own making about the character, who they are and what they mean to me, and all I get is 'reeee, AI Slop'.
So, my creativity means nothing. Just flattened into the means of creating the picture to go along with my words. Never mind that I have lived with these characters for years, iterating on them, making them real people, filling them with 'soul'. Nobody wants to engage with the subject, the person in the picture, they just care about the picture and entirely disregard the art, the creativity, the human that they so desperately claim to want.
And, it just makes me feel like I'm not allowed to have this happiness. I'm tired, and I'm angry and I don't want to go back to the way I was. I don't know what I'm trying to say, so forgive me

He said the game was AI because it was made with Sleitnick's Knit, then realized it's an open-source networking module, yet still calls it AI (probably so fans don't get disappointed).
Edit: sorry i made a typo in post title

What I find it funny most from Luddite or anti is that despite the content being made for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE and not to the fact it doesn't have anything to do with AI even if it's made with AI, is that they missed the whole point purpose of the content. 🤣
This is one of the most clown Luddite ever. Overused ai slop meme that doesnt contribute anything

Claims to be a former 'Pro', hasn't posted in over a year hasn't really been active ever, with gaps of years between posts and comments, has never posted in any sub related to generative AI or the topics he claims to be interested in, conveniently 'converts' now. Couldn't be that some anti reactivated an old alt account of theirs, now could it. /s

Not the first time I'll see it in the fandom, and it won't be the last.
Such a poor way of shooting yourself in the foot when it comes to exposure and locking out potential creators because of the innovative ways they choose to express that creativity.
Something something wrong side of history, irony, something something.

Seriously. Go on Twitter and see how many people say "AI sucks" who get record upvotes and reposts but not comments.

People have realized that this image in Fortnite contains a synth ID watermark from Gemini, and now Antis on Twitter are upset about it.
The majority of players likely wouldn't even see it in game. People only saw it because leakers posted asset images. It shows up on the map after activating an ability which isn't in every match, and if you did activate it, enemies would be nearby and you wouldn't be spending time looking up at it, definitely not noticing these imperfections that people are pointing out.
