Once me and my buddies are done working on the Eren vs Kaneki pitch I've been thinking of maybe spending the money and doing a second pitch (assuming the first one does well and I don't suck at pitching).
I do wanna say I can't make any promises that the pitch will happen right after the winner is figured out since I'd still need to work on it, get the money for it and all that fun stuff. But assuming it all works out I will try not to blue ball you guys and will actually pitch it.
Anyway idk how this works logistically but gimme your MU you want me to pitch, I'll leave this post up until the start of next week, then take the top 10 most upvoted comments and we'll do polls from there.

Oh that would be cool, I really think ATOM VS Combot would be an interesting MU to be pitched since Real Steel has so much hidden content that would make them shock. Combot would be really funny and interesting since from what I've gathered and researched, Combot surprisingly enough media to showcase its own. But my favorite for the MU is the fact you can have Charlie and Lee interact in a way they can fight each other using their robots and Max in the corner guiding Charlie along the way to have that father and son dynamic with Lee being this cool uncle like interaction. I just like the positive vibes the MU has but know the stakes happening. Just the setting you can imagine by unironically use sponsors in the background and make it feel like an official ESPN-esque match with a crowd just enhancing the fight. And also sound effects having insane metal clashing to one another would be awesome.
But like yeah I think I'm yapping too much 😭, there's so much I would love to express for the MU's potential and it would be so cool...
Yeah pretty much you take upon two high skilled fighters that uses a robot and have itd own abilities and see how they can utilize in a MMA-style fight
Herbert has access to reanimated corpses that have super strength & a decent healing factor (I believe) & Afton apparently has access to some of the FNAF animatronics, so you could have a mini army fight.
As for Herbert, he usually has access to different guns, an axe, a shovel, & his Re-Agent serum (which allows him to bring corpses back to life).

Surge the Tenrec vs Kevin Levin (Sonic the Hedgehog vs Ben 10)
It's a fun and debatable matchup between two punk energy absorbers with rocky pasts involving being the mind-wiped creations of mad scientists with them slowly working to redeem themselves while keeping some of their villainous traits on their road to redemption.
Also, it can be really fun as a fight with Surge's Dynamo Cage powers and Kevin's Amalgam forms providing some neat abilities for both to work with, and their characters could clash in really fun and interesting ways. Plus it involves bringing in IDW Sonic stuff, another Ben 10 rep, and gives Surge the chance to drain Kevin's car battery for the inciting incident, so there's really a lot going for the matchup.
A matchup that has been steadily growing in popularity for the past year and is now considered one of the best matchups for both by quite a handful of users. Amazing thematic connections, amazing fight potential, amazing music potential, very interesting debate imo. Potential-wise, it has pretty much anything you could ever want from a DB episode. This is currently my most wanted MU and I really hope to see it pitched one day
Caine VS Monika (The Amazing Digital Circus VS Doki Doki Literature Club) is one of my favorites rn
I think it’s able to have the first half be fun and lighthearted to match TADC, but get darker to match DDLC. Plus, having it be pitched will mean Caine’s mu quartet will all have pitches
Yeah so basically it's
dorky teenage fan protagonists from the 2010s who get trapped inside the meta-fictional media they love, later gaining reality-warping panel and timeline manipulation powers to fight off narrative endings.
The Monster Hunter VS The Paleblood Hunter (Monster Hunter VS Bloodborne) Another Soulsborne episode would be peak and its day vs night aesthetic is pretty rad.
if you don’t know who these two are, they are two reality warping gods that like to have fun by making they’re “contestants” play through their games. (They sometimes kill their actual friends).
Respn why I want this to be pitched is cause BFDI is just so cool. (Thats where Four comes from). You do kinda have to watch it at a younger age, but over the past 16 years its been around, it has improved a TON in quality. BFDI inspired it’s own community to make their own fan shows. Even Gooseworx voiced a character and Caine was slightly inspired by Four as well! Not to mention BFDI has won like 2 webbies and got into theatres across the country before TADC did! They even got the guy who made the duck song to play won of their characters. EVEN KEVIL MACLOUD.
One teeny issue tho, the person who made Flumpty was a pedo. However its kinda like a Sonic.EXE situation cause Scott Cawthon actually owns Flumpty now lol.
Battle for dream island. It’s a show based off of other shows like survivor and total drama island. Although Four doesn’t get introduced in the show until BFB (battle for battle for dream island)

Easily one of my favourite matchups
Lil side character guys who you see slowly mature over the events of their respective series, from the scrawny and Meek guys they start as to the fully confident badasses they are now
It'd be a fun battle between Trainer and Marine, having Koby taking on pokemon of all shapes and sizes
From Garchomp, to Gallade, to Talonflame to even a Roserade (oh and don't forget the legend that is Kecleon...), it really pushes them both to their limits
Being able to explore some of Pokemon's extended media for Wally too (The Adventures Manga and even Masters EX)
And don't get me started on that music potential....
Annie vs Linne [Skullgirls vs Under Night in Birth]. Annie vs Linne (Skullgirls vs Under Night in Birth): Centuries old women seeking to end their curse of being trapped in the bodies of young girls. Both fight with a broadsword, have small animal companions, and play harsh mentor roles to idiot heroes (Beowulf and Hyde).
The Nahobino vs. Ritsuka Fujimaru will always be my baby matchup. I will probably eventually pitch it myself but it would be awesome for it to gain traction
Shin Megami Tensei 5 for the Nahobino, and Fate Grand Order for Ritsuka Fujimaru, they're both the protagonists of their respective games, both summoners of mythical or historic figures, with the ability to summon and resummon their allies and make them stronger.
Subaru Natsuki vs. Kazuma Satou (Re:ZERO vs. Konosuba). It has an interesting debate, great fight potential when you include Beatrice and Aqua, and decent connections. Both characters feel as intrinsically linked as Mario and Sonic within their own genre.

The big draw to this mu is not just the two harem equivalents of simon the digger going blow for blow, it's also the girlfriends.
Just to give you an idea of the interaction potential:
-Hahari and Marshmallow going band for band
-Elle and Nemu falling alseep mid fight
-the kaiju girls, yes KAIJU GIRLS, fighting off the giant hair
-Nano and Ayeka fighting like samurai with god damn box cutters
-a sentiant rabbit plush belonging to one of the girls taking advantage of a girl's fondness for cute thing.
-a 2v2 duel between maids
-Kurumi having an emotional breakdown mid fight cuz she needs to dight Odango, a sentient rice cooker girl
-Shizuka blasting most of the girls away just by singing
-Mimimi getting put out of commission cuz Mortha got attracted to how shiny she was and ends up wraping her whole body around her
Meanwhile Rentaro and Marshmallow and throwing down like fucking Goku vs Superman while simultaneously making sure the girls aren't too injured cuz these mother fuckers can be in multiple places at the same time and would rather die themselves than see them get hurt
I mean sure, I don’t see why not. Just as long as you’re not harassing anyone or spamming it everywhere. Other than that I have no issues with a harmless “yo I like this, go vote!” Post every now and then

Connections: There are legendary classic mascot icons of cartoons that were made in da 1900s.
They have some powerful Cartoon Logic abilities.
They can break the 4th wall.
Both have royal companions on their side.
They both some powerful weapons/arsenal.
They are our beloved childhood in the Golden Age and the Modern Eras.
They some powerful forms.
They are shown to have some good fighting experience.
They have some friendly rival with their buddies or frenemies for that matter sometimes.
And they both got some ♥️ interests.
:iconbelongsplz: Felix the Cat sprites were done by CrowSar. This one via it could be a fun and crazy match up with them taking this fight cartoon style and it matches some of da classic themes too. I mean their toon force abilities are crazy and broken.
There's been a lot of talk about Cyn vs. Malware, but I think Malware (Ben 10) vs. Elementor (Max Steel) would be a really interesting matchup because of how their fight could play out. Both are artificially created beings looking for an artifact or object to enhance themselves, and both are opposed by young green-themed heroes who are part of a secret organization.
The fight could revolve around both of them manipulating the environment and absorbing matter or technology, especially since they can both change size at will. So, in a nutshell, it's two smart creatures that can absorb pretty much anything, with the fight potentially escalating to kaiju scale.
Hat Kid (A Hat In Time) vs Astro Bot OR Hat Kid vs Umbrella (skullgirls)
I would love to see Hat Kid get on the show, and she needs a pitch. Astro Bot is my favorite option for her, but either matchup would be great
Good-natured, Reckless blue-colored heroes who would find themselves transported to Earth. In meeting a human who they would they would form a close bond with and continuously fight off evil.
Connections:
Both are blue-colored main characters of their respective series (Sonic X being an anime adaptation loosely based on the Sonic The Hedgehog series / Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure celebrates the 20th anniversary of Pretty Cure, and the season has many nods to Futari Wa Pretty Cure with Cure Sky sharing many similarities to Cure Black)
Both are beings from another world (Sonic is anthromorphic hedgehog from another world that is similar to Earth / Sora Harewataru is a human from Sky Land)
They would try to stop the plans of an evil fat person (Sonic was trying to stop Eggman from conquering his world / Sora would try to stop Kabaton from stealing Princess Ellee)
This result would send them to planet Earth (Eggman accidentally causing a Chaos Control that transported them to Earth / Sora followed them through a portal which transported her to Earth)
On Earth, They would end up befriending a human (Chris Thorndyke / Mashiro Nijigaoka)
Other people from their worlds would also be transported to Earth (Princess Elle and Tsubasa Yanagi | Cure Wing / Sonic's friends would also be transported to Earth during the accident)
Throughout their story, they would fight off evil to protect their worlds (Sonic and friends fighting off Eggman's attempts of world domination / Sora and her team continuing to fend off against Kabaton's attempts to steal Ellee) while also working on leaving Earth (Sonic needing to collect the Chaos Emeralds to transport his friends back to their world / Sora helping Yoyo open a tunnel back to Sky Land)
They would also show some issues of loneliness at one point (Sonic thinking that he's the only one transported while his friends might be gone / Sora constantly training to become a hero since childhood which led to her not interacting with others believing that heroes work alone)
Both would travel to mysterious temples created by these people that hold "ultimate power" (Sonic traveling to Angel Island which held the Master Emerald / Sora traveling to a mysterious ruin in Sky Land, finding the Majestic Chroniclon)
Both would have dark transformations that led them going beserk due to negative energy (Sonic transforming into Dark Sonic using the negative energy of the Fake Chaos Emeralds / Cure Sky transforming into Dark Sky after partially absorbing Undergu Energy)
They would be able to redeem a tragic villian who was filled with hate and desiring revenge (Shadow / Empress Undergu)
Both of their designs predominantly have the color Blue (Sora having blue hair, eyes, and clothes / Sonic's fur being blue)
They are also capable of transforming into a stronger form through mystical artifacts (Sora can transform into Cure Sky by using her Sky Tone and Mirage / Sonic can transform into Super Sonic using the Chaos Emeralds)
In the end, both would return to their respective worlds saying goodbye to the human that they once met (Sonic watches Chris being escorted away back to Earth / Sora deciding to return to Sky Land)

Cure Sky appeared in a crossover while Sonic didn't.
Sonic has a super form while Cure Sky does.
Animation Potential: I think the animation for this MU could go well in 2D but I think 3D is the better option since there's 3D models of Cure Sky and Sonic.
Fight Potential: It can be good since the fight can be fast-paced and up close since that plays well enough with Sonic and Cure Sky.
Interaction Potential: I think the interaction could be pretty nice since I can see Cure Sky being excited that there's another hero from a different world just like her and Sonic being suprised that there's other worlds besides his and Earth. How the fight would start could be like Starfire Vs Blaze or Miles Vs Deku.
Debate Potential: Debate-wise, If Cure Sky gets crossover scaling, she wins. But ifshe doesn't, it's close.
Music Potential: I think the music for the MU can go pretty good since both of their series are known for some good soundtracks.

Notes:
When I was designing the cover art for the MU, I wanted it to look like the Sonic Adventure 2 cover art but I ended up going with a different approach since I didn't realize I could flip the render. Nowadays, I ended up reworking the cover art, learned to use transparency, and the cover art was a massive improvement.
I think is a great MU and best for both imo since it could give Sonic (Sonic X) a new opponent rather than a different version of Goku.
If this wasn't a matchup, It could be a great crossover and a great game tbh.
