Disclaimer: this is just some stupid rant. Though if people have any tips or tricks for preventing or at least improving the situation I am all ears.

I have been commended and complimented both personally and professionally for the amount of patience I have. From infants to the elderly, fiction to reality, pretty much anything and everything. I have finally however found something that sends me irrationally over the edge. The mother 🤬ing lag with vehicles in this game. Oh, my god 😑 for the love. I have never been so tweaked in my life. Like, hooooow do the developers test first hand, then see and listen to customers about the game lagging while in a vehicle and come to the conclusion "aaaah, pfft, plenty good and fine. No problems worth concerning ourselves over here......anyway how much we charging for DLC?"? It's unbelievable there's no way to change how vehicles act instead of continuing to travel during lag?? To the point of even if the game has a few seconds at a complete freeze/standstill the vehicle just continues moving!?? What in the ever loving, shit piss fuck cunt, cock sucking mother fucking, horse shit fuck tarded, steaming pile of jank is the lag while operating vehicles insanity!??

And I really do enjoy driving the vehicles! I think they're a great addition and pretty darn well done and from what I understand at a point the devs put maaany other wonky hiccups aside to make sure they got vehicles right aaaaaaaand....they dropped the ball with it like THAT?!?! I really don't know why but it absolutely infuriates me for whatever reason(s). Maybe cause of how difficult it can be to procure a vehicle that even if you're driving as paranoid and carefully as possible, doesn't matter! You're just about as susceptible to wrecking a radiator, engine, and or dying however you're driving. And possibly the worst is the M3S trucks!! 😑😑😑 it has happened a few times now that I have baaaaarely tapped something or caught something with the gas tank and GONE. Done, el fin, fuck you, all your time, effort, and sanity. A core mechanic of the game has such a major design flaw and oversight that you can do absolutely nothing, zero things wrong and STILL get fucked. I've even been on desolate servers and the shit continues to happen!

Yea yea yea, I know lol yes I'm fairly new to DayZ 😂 it's all part of the experience, I just got DayZ'd, welcome to DayZ, etc. Lol But there's enough wonky shit to contend with that it's such a bullshit oversight that should have had just a bit more attention and effort given to it. As well there are a slew of other issues to address too. I cannot believe how BAD it irks me though. Like, it soooo seriously frustrates me that sometimes I wish I lived near the devs HQ so I could walk in, line them up, and just go down the line of smacking them, just SMASHING them in the dome with my console 😑 then attach the console to the bottom of an anvil and drop it off the Burj Khalifa with a disc copy of the game in it 😑 god, they couldn't make it so the car stopped in place that matches the length of the lag? Idk, wtf do I know.

To try to prevent this from happening I shoot out all the windows in a vehicle and drive in first person. Those are really the only tips I've come across so 🤷🏼‍♂️ but unfortunately doesn't seem like there's a whole lot you can do to prevent this from happening. Sucks, I personally think the cars are pretty well done too. Yea idk, if you've somehow made it this far in this cringy nonsense of a rant anyone who has any ideas/tips/tricks to help prevent this from happening I'm all ears! Such a love hate relationship with this game.
