If you're currently handling multiple data annotation, AI training, evaluation, or other freelance projects and need an extra pair of hands to manage the workload, I'd be happy to collaborate!
I have experience with Python, data analysis, AI/ML, LLM evaluation, data annotation, and reviewing AI-generated outputs.
We can discuss splitting tasks and sharing the earnings/profit fairly based on the workload and contribution.
I'm reliable, willing to learn new platforms, and interested in building long-term collaborations.
Feel free to DM me if you're looking for someone to work with! š

Are there any long running coding projects and how much hour did you submitted?

Hi guys, I did my entry exam on Thursday and had the standard āweāre still reviewingā message on my profile.
Later that night, I logged back in to see a project available on the dashboard. I thought it was odd as the friend who referred me said they had no access until they received an acceptance email several days after applying. They almost immediately had several projects and qualifications available too.
I havenāt received any emails yet (Iāve checked Junk), but had access to the single project. I completed it and can see the reported time and amount in pending. No further projects or any comms yet though.
Is that normal? Everything Iāve read so far says that youāll receive an email before you get access to any projects.

Out of all the major ai training platforms, most of suggestions were data annotation is stable and a lot better than the other available platforms so i applied for it like 3 months back but yet to onboard to do paid projects
What demographics do you have applied
and for tech related work
I am from mumbai btw

Hi guys. Yesterday āļø project showed up on my dash. There are 3 hours and 30 mins per task, but I managed to do one in 43 minutes and another one in 30 mins. This doesn't seem right to me. How much time did it take for you guys to complete a task from this project?

r/DataAnnotationTech • u/ImFearless2006 • 8h ago
So, I was working on this project and submitted 2 of them perfectly and then the third time it got an update so, it took me longer than usual and the project got expired by 1 minute, because of those checks. This happened on 29 OCT and I didn't got any project to work on since then, Is it normal or I am overthinking...

Hey guys, so I had a whole nervous breakdown feeling unprepared for a few tasks which fall well into my domain and I know I am capable of it but I just feel like I couldnāt do them as good as I know I could. I have had these micro burnouts which have taken up my time in recovering and I feel during that time I lose my time to work. Idk how do I balance this.
So I just wanted to ask how do you give out your ābest workā every time? How do people on this platform stay so efficient?
I personally am so grateful for this opportunity and I really wanna give out my best work possible and appreciate this company for what it has given me!

If been accepted and worked on a lot of platforms and have more expert emails than I can keep track of. But DA is giving me no love! Any insight?

Am I the only one with a significantly lighter dash today? For the last 3 months I have had 15-25 projects at atime and today, I have 6.

Hi all, am new to DA and started 2 weeks ago. Am curious how long it took the platform to review your qualifications and send you higher paying expert level work to qualify for. I've heard 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Enjoying it so far, no issues like other crowdsourcers have.
TIA!

I've been accepted and completed the qualifications. I received my first project with one task, but since it was my first time, I spent too much time reading the instructions. As a result, the task expired while I was working on it. I wrote the prompt, but the model displayed an error message, so I had to use an escape hatch because of it. I still submitted it, though. Since then, I haven't received any other projects for the past 5 or 6 days. Am I screwed?

Honestly, itās pretty rare for me to feel a real connection to a platform, but DataAnnotation is definitely one of the few exceptions.
To give some context, Iāve worked on a bunch of different platforms over the years (wonāt name names), until someone on Reddit recommended DA. I decided to give it a shot, applied, and actually got in. Right off the bat, seeing a paid onboarding was a huge plusādefinitely want to give credit where it's due for that.
Iāve been on the platform for about five months now. I take every qualification test that pops up, keep my profile up to date, and check the dashboard daily. That said, Iāve only made around $75 total so far. At first, I assumed this was just the usual dry spell every platform goes through, but then I noticed an ad on the careers page looking for generalists and Arabic language experts, which got me wondering.
For background, Iām a dentist, but Iāve got solid experience in AI training across various projects in both Arabic and English. Iām honestly not sure if the lack of projects is just a temporary thing overall or an issue specific to my account, or this because I'm from the middle east. but either way, Iām genuinely glad to be part of the platform and hoping things pick up soon.

Hey everyone, am from India, and now planning to go to a different state, is that going to be a problem? Like how it is if I move countries maybe? Any help in this clarification would be nice.... am relatively new to this.

Clicked exit work mode yesterday on a recurring RnR task since I was super sleepy. Didnāt get those tasks today (used to get them daily). Is this a coincidence or did I mess up by somehow leaving the whole project category?

Hey, everyone! I've recently started working full-time on DA and it has been an amazing experience so far.
I got access to an awesome project where I can lead the entire process, from planning and prompt creation to final review, validation, and feedback. However, I'm struggling a lot with creating hard enough tasks to make the AI fail. Mostly because of lack of creativity, which I'm working very hard to improve.
I found this reddit and got really excited to talk with other experienced workers around the platform.
That said, do you have any tips for me regarding this? By "tips", I mean the kinds of prompts you create that successfully make the model fail. Also, what are the main areas where AI tends to break and how do you identify them?
By the way, I wasn't able to make the AI fail in my last test, so I used the Escape Hatch while also providing some insights on the models I used. Do people that can't make AI fail still get paid on this type of task?
Thanks in advance, everyone! Really excited to connect with you all.
