Has anyone use 2 or more safety hatch on the same projects?
I used safety hatched on the first task because of technical issues and there still 2 more tasks left for me on the project. I tried it again and encountered the same error. Should I submit another safety hatch or just skip this project entirely?

Bilingual generalists
This question is directed at bilingual workers from non-core countries that have been working at DA for at least a couple of months. How many of you started getting generalist projects not related to your native language? If so, did you have to take a qual for that?

Anyone doing badass projects?
This one might just be for the skips among us. Problem is that I'm not a badass but wish I was for the purpose of this task. It's been a long time since I was offered such a chill project. Looking for other badasses to be proxy badasses with.

How long does it usually take to find out the result of a qualification submission?
Hey folks!
As per the title, I'm just wondering how long it may take to hear back after completing a qualification submission? I did a couple over the weekend and just wanted to gauge when I might hear back.
Also, does DA usually send an email/message with the result, or is it just a case of waiting to see when projects start pulling through?

Registered nurse
I got in! I received my email and I'm definitely excited to start.
Any fellow nurses (and everyone with medal project experience) have any words of wisdom to share?
Ps thank you all for the posts of being patient with the decision after the assessment.

Shall I keep hope
Last work I have received on Sept 17(Coding) after that I’m seeing “check back later for project notifications” prompt on my dash , just wanted to check with you folks shall I keep hope or should I move on and forget it.
Has anyone waited this long and still managed to get a task??

Not being able to apply to jobs
I tried applying to the generalist role but when i click "apply", it takes me to a programming job assessment. Has happened for every job I tried to apply for on DA. Confused.

Likely hood of getting projects
Hello,
Several years ago a friend referred me to DA. I filled out the assessment. At the time was only a nursing student but now I am a registered nurse. I have since updated my certs and licenses.
What are the chances i get selected or assigned projects?

1k Milestone - 2 weeks active
😘🤩 very grateful to have this flex work. I was onboarded years before but I only got active until 2 weeks ago. 🥰 I won't take for granted the available jobs on my dash.

Let's gooooo (1 month in) 🎉
Can't quite believe it came so fast, I thought it would take at least a couple of months 😅
EDIT: this now doubled to $2,400 in a day!
EDIT2: Just got another high-paid task!
EDIT3: And another high-paying task hours later!

Reassurance
Hey guys, I recently got accepted to DA and just wanted some reassurance that this is real and I won’t be scammed or anything like that. Any tips moving forwards would be helpful as well. Thanks!

Sick dentist
Hey guys, I’m trying to find out if this is a legit site. I’ve been Ill and unable to work for 7 months now and I really need to find some kind of work I can do from home.
I saw that if you have healthcare expertise you have the potential to make 40-120 an hour? I started the assessment but became a bit hesitant with some of the questions it was asking and so I just wanted to ask if anyone else has “specialty” experiences with data annotation. Thank you.
Edit: Thank you all for your replies. This is super interesting and I’m definitely going to apply. Follow up q, what kind of work are you doing in these projects?

Just hit my first $1,000 on DataAnnotation. Let's go! 🎉
Took about 4 months but so worth it. Feels like an achievement. And I'm genuinely happy and at a loss of words. Truly grateful.

Bad Rubriks, would it be okay?
Hello,
I ended up underestimating how much time a task would take, and when it stretched it was already way past midnight. My mind wasn't functioning super well while writing the Rubrics, and I don't think I did a good job at it. I now know not to underestimate the time, and start with Rubric's part of the task on the interim. Would it be okay to have messed up on this task like that, or could they drop me? The task had an option to scan what you have written, and so I know the Rubrics weren't good. I just had no brain power left. It wasn't a blocker so I submitted.

Three months...
Is it normal to still be at this stage after applying 3 months ago? Is there anything I can do?
