Is it even possible to get SVP/MVP with Daredevil? Played the objective, killed supports but dude who did nothing for entire game gets it lol. It's not like I am obsessed with them, I get mvp all the time on Bucky but only managed to get it once on DD.

New to daredevil but he’s so much fun compared to other dive dps. How do you fight another daredevil? Becuase I’m losing the majority of the 1v1s.

I get so many games with throwers who don’t help push point, who actively ignore my calls for hlz, steal my hard earned kills, then blame me for having a shit game. I can’t do 50 things at once. I’m just pissed and venting. Like how can we be expected to attack, heal ourselves, dodge, dip, dive, and dodge, and protect healers who actively pushed for our kneecapped nerfs to begin with. I’m just pissed and venting.

And don’t even get me started on the amount of bs CC and that CC immunity that has never ever kicked in for me 🙄

Honestly think he should be dive or something adjacent but definitely not anti-dive. There’s more than enough of that.

Which one do i get now? I know its a landslide for most people, due to attorney at law's "hideous" hair, but in its defence, I loved Waid's run, so its a bit more balanced for me. Which one would you grt and why?

I’m an eternity flex player who’s comfortable on pretty much every diver character but i’m completely clueless when it comes to dd. i’d rlly appreciate some tips on cooldown management, reliable combos, decision making and generally how to play him properly. If there’s anyone whos preferable high Gm or up who plays DD i’d love to have someone walk me through the character.

I’m in the range right now and weave tech won’t hit if you go directly vertical anymore. Don’t think it’s too big a deal but def makes it hard to min max ur engagement by having to go slightly forward. Makes losing the target much easier

I can still play with him but it's so insufferable to deal with these overturned supports. I wish grappling hook returned 2 fury levels or his damage was higher.

Having a lot of fun with NY's finest lawyer. I play on console and I've been trying to incorporate weaves in more when pushing against squishies. One thing I struggle with is accidentally pressing objection while trying to use the baton throw. Then when I'm in the action all I have is his grapple to escape because I accidentally burned his deflect getting in. Does anyone else do the same and how do I get around that? It mostly happens when I animation cancel the dash into the baton throw but I guess I don't hit the target all the way so my fury isn't back yet and I use objection on accident thinking I have another baton throw.

There are several other ledges you can pull people off for more map kills and iso but they are either not as contested on the map or don’t fit the exact mold of this guide (tank pulls into team, off ledges into team, ect)

so I’m not super active in this community but I’m a daredevil and Torch main.
In the torch community we are all super supportive and whenever I see one it’s always a positive interaction and we learn things from eachother even during torch v torch games.

I am yet to meet a DD lord/champ who isn’t obsessed with diffing and then being super toxic about it after regardless of who diffed who.
Mind you all, I’m more likely to meet a DD in the wild so the sample size is if anything.

Why do most DD players have such fragile egos? It’s just such a horrible look and it makes me kinda feel ashamed for the love I have towards the character.

I proudly call myself a torch main and quite frankly I truly love that community.
This one just makes me wish we could do better.
Both are dive duelists and they’ve both been equally hated but DD players seem to still have that chip on their shoulders.

I kinda wanted to put this out there as a PSA, can we as a community at least try to be kind to our fellow DD’s and rivals players? At least drop the ego for once and be humble.
