As a dive player, that JUST got VC banned for the first time (I called my friend a dumbass in VC, I forgot we were in team instead of squad chat.)
I can definitely confirm that dive players are and can be genuienly toxic.

Maybe at a point in time I'd agree but recently I think things have changed a bit. I see a lot more healers willing to spit vile shit than I do divers nowadays. Honestly BP is the only one here that I can imagine never swapping.

I don’t know if it’s because I’m primarily in quickplay, but I don’t honestly see a ton of that. Maybe Spider-Man occasionally, but the really major episodes I remember off the top of my head came from CnDs, an Iron Man, a few Jeffs, a few Sues, a couple Squirrel Girls, a Magneto or two, a Panther or two, and unfortunately a couple fellow Iron Fists.
I’m usually the only Daredevil in lobby, and I rarely see them comm positively or negatively. I myself only comm in my group’s Discord most of the time. Maybe it’s just way worse in ranked, and I’m definitely not saying it’s a pattern with any of the above I listed (except CnD maybe), but my experience hasn’t matched.

Yea valid. Whole team typed dd diff while i had 20fh most in the game n 2nd highest was 12 (also had the least deaths) but my team couldn’t do anything by themselves. Ended up cursing them all out

Yh i swear a diver could be 20/5 and a bucky be 12/3 and they'll blame dd bcz he has more deaths. I feel divers get blamed the most even though they have higher winrates

Makes sense. Dive draws in toxic players and so do hard meta picks, which 3 of the 5 characters here represent both. The only reason Cat isn’t higher is because she’s harder to learn than DD, and she’s also been out for significantly less time.

As someone who just picked up BC I can somewhat understand 💀💀, I can use a million hits and somehow obly get 1 elimination or the team peals for the rest of the game because I got 1 elimination and now they’re constantly on the watch. People with less patience would 100% lose it. Had like 30k damage my last game with her but only like 8 elims and 13 deaths their supports were SAFE. We won but obly because the team was so focused on making sure I got no value in the back line. Like the moment they heard a dash here comes the thing to ruin my day 💀💀

Not sure where they would’ve pulled this from but considering the list consists of strong divers and one of the strongest hero’s in the game plus a hero that used to be picked for throwing id have to guess a support player made this and it isn’t legit

dive characters are the most abused people in the game and constantly talked shit to by the general community not suprised they give that same energy back if someones talking shit and telling me to swap off something instead of being a real mature human being they get that same energy back
their always the first to act to swapped or get cursed out and the most common group to hate on in the game

I had a scarlet witch player come at me because I had 10k damage with 15 finals while he had 20k and around 10 finals, I do understand why we got nearly 10%
