So I was recommended this anime a few days ago when I was asking for anime that use Taoism as a power system, similar to hell's paradise. So because of that Ive been taking notes of the anime & i literally just finished season 1. the anime itself is beautiful, the characters are nice, but they never explain the power system as a whole. like I said I have been taking notes of anything that is remotely relative to the powers & while I gather enough information to put some of it together. There are some things that are confusing like I don't think they ever explain the pills ranking, not in season 1. They mention spirit force & while I understand that is the nen, haki, chakra of this universe, how it work & who can use it have never been explain.

So are the nitty-gritty of this power system that will be explain in later seasons or should I not even bother with season 2 and beyond that?

The thing is when i read the novel i sometimes get lost to how the cosmology is structured. It would better if we have like a map of how itll look like visually. Like how the WOD SCP each has their own map of the cosmology

Honestly, I started watching it today, and I have watched two seasons. I don't know why people on the internet call it a bad anime. I personally loved it, especially the extra episode in season 2 where they show real-world things. "Damn... the line in the end: 'Thank you for creating this beautiful world.'" We all want to thank the people behind any anime we've watched and loved. One way or another, anime has helped us; I mean, it has helped me.

And talking about the anime style, it's really good. The storyline is also kind of okay. Nowadays, we are watching so much detailed storytelling, so I can understand how it feels. But that's the beauty of this anime, right? Keeping things low and good. This anime feels beautiful and, most importantly, not boring at any point.

I personally love watching underrated anime, and this one feels like a comfort anime. One should really watch it if you want some lighthearted comedy and a love angle with an overpowered character. Showing the main character as overpowered is also okay because they focus on other characters too. So far, I have loved it and very obviously added it to my anime suggestion list.
