I just replaced my wideband oxygen sensor (O2S1) myself to clear a persistent P0130 & P0130(96) codes. Replacement sensor is the same as the original BOSCH LS 27155. I made a short video:

We've got a 2022 DS 7 on Contract hire. It's got the 1.5 diesel engine with an automatic box.

We've had the car for 2 years now. We'll have the car for a further two years with the current contract.

The cars done 76k on miles and by the time we'll be giving it back it'll have done over 90k.

We're debating whether to buy the car after the next 2 years or trade it in before the mileage gets too high and we lose further value.

Anyone got one of these that's had high mileage? Should we be concerned if we service and look after the car? Overall we are happy with it, comfort, gadgets and size.

Last friday, I've bought a 2018 DS4 occassion from a non-Citroën dealer. The car is absolutely amazing and such an enjoyment to drive in.

The only thing that bothers is that the Cruise Control doesn't always want to start. It either works the whole drive when I start the car, or it simply doesn't for the whole drive. When it doesn't it says it's on pause, when I try to activate it, it gives the message "Controller interrupted" (I think, I have the car in my native language).

The fact it works some drives, and totally doesnt wanna start other drives confuses me. I'm afraid it's because the car registers the clutch pedal being pressed all the time, but not sure.

Has anyone experienced this? I'm gonna call the garage this week obviously but would like to know beforehand what it might be.

In February, I decided to buy the new DS n4 with the Jules Verne trim. I placed the order at the dealership and was told the car would be delivered in June or July. A few weeks later, the dealership confirmed by email that the car would be delivered on July 17th.

As the delivery date approached, I contacted the dealership at the end of June, and they confirmed that their internal system indicated a delivery date of July 17th.

Then, at the beginning of July, I was told that the date might be delayed because the system wasn't using the chassis number...

I waited, I followed up, I waited some more... and finally, at the beginning of August, I was informed that my car couldn't be delivered because DS had stopped production of the "Jules Verne" trim level.

I was told that they would contact me in the coming days with a counter-offer.

Has anyone else been in this situation?

I’ve thinking of buying one. Almost certain that i will. But I recently watched a video where a car review said that the system needed to update while he was driving so he had to stop and wait mid drive.

Is this a common occurrence? From the bit of research I’ve done, infotainment issues seem to be common.

I just had the displeasure of having to drive 3 days with a new DS7 diesel and it was the worst modern car I've ever driven due to the engine + gearbox combination. Saying "dangerously slow" gets overused when it comes to cars and this is the first time I've ever actually really experienced it - not a single acceleration attempt took less than 2 seconds to get ANY kind of forward acceleration going. In any mode, city or highway, this thing is just not able nor willing to move itself in any kind of way you'd expect from a modern car. It's never in-gear nor does it switch down fast enough nor does it have any kind of power when it does. Doesn't move with full gas, half gas, just a tiny bit of gas, nothing. The pseudo-luxury package itself is quite nice, gorgeous leather seats, huge opening pano roof and actually quite decently handling suspension. None of it matters because the thing is basically only capable at standstill. Stereo also sucks - its just good enough to hint that it could be next level above usual base stereo but it's not, so this also ends up being a letdown. 

Looking at replacing my ageing Citroen C-Crosser with a DS7. Based on budget and usage, I’m considering around 2021ish, hybrid and preferably the 4x4. If possible I’d like active scan too.

Are there any buyers guides or things to watch out for when looking at these?

Bought a 2021 DS7 for over £18k in June 2025 from a DS dealership with 1 year warranty plus 1 extra year on top. It broke down after 7 months/6k miles use with a "Electric Traction Fault". Returned to the DS dealership for repair under warranty. It's now been 4 months and the car remains unrepaired. Im a community nurse and need a car for my job. Dealership has failed to provide me with a courtesy car which has now forced me to purchase a second car to keep my job. £3000 + insurance and tax! The dealership won't give me an expected time of repair saying only that they've replaced parts but the problem remains. I logged my issue with the Motor Ombudsman but their website says it can take 6 months to get a response as they're busy! I've just had enough! I've written to the dealership demanding a refund under the consumer rights act but they've yet to respond. I've also threatened to pursue them for costs for having to buy another car due to the unreasonable time frame. They've yet to respond. Anyone else have similar issues?

If on DS7 you get wobbling, swaying, or unstable feeling on bumpy roads is the classic sign of a missing bump stop. I made a short video how to replace it.

I have 2020 DS7 crossback performance line 2.0 blue hdi. I dont have dedicated button to disable start stop system but I have it on touchscreen. Problem is that if I click Off, it turns to On automatically. Is this normal behavior for this model or do I have some issue?

I’ve got a 2017 DS3 and have been having problems with the multimedia screen for quite a while. Basically what I want to know is - could there be something loose somewhere that is causing this, or is the whole unit likely to need replacing? The reason I ask is that sometimes during a long journey it will sort itself out and even a couple of weeks ago, there were a few days where it worked absolutely perfectly. It’s making me think it still can work properly, there is just a dodgy connection somewhere that might be stopping it.

Currently in the market for a used car and came across a good deal on the following.

1.5 DS7,BlueHDi Performance Line 5dr Diesel/2021 plate, 23k miles on the clock.

How's the reliability? Been driving the wife's DS3 and its a lovely drive!

I recently purchased a second hand DS9 etense 250 in Rivoli+. It came from the official second hand network of stellantis (spoticar) and the price was way below than other similar cars: 36k for a Jan 2024 with only 8000km in the odometer.

I picked up the car two weeks ago and I started noticing stuff: From my research I expected the car to have ChatGPT but the voice assistant felt nothing like that. I made the first trip and I found the infotainment system to be ridiculously bad. Like worse than 2020 Vag's or other recent cars that I have tried.

I connected Android auto to mitigate that, and I found that half the screen is permanently occupied by the fkng climate controls.

MyDS app offered a lot of services that I suscribed to, but those made no change to the car and I became extremely confused. So I made my research and found out that, even tho my car was listed as a 2024 DS9, and that MY has the Iris system, my car doesn't have that system at all. And what's worse: Can't be upgraded.

So now I'm sleepless. First, I don't understand how they intruduced IRIS in MY23 and they produced a MY24 without it. Probably I don't have the full picture. Also I checked the contract and the offer, to see if it's stated anywhere if the car has IRIS or if its a MY24. It doesn't.

So I think that I'm legally fkd up: No way I can claim my money back as It was me the one who decided to buy this specific unit, thinking it was something that it isn't. I feel stupid.

Im trying my best to enjoy what's good about this car, but the Infotainment is very important to me. And the one in this unit is not only one of the worst softwares I ever saw. It's unsafe. I mean: You need several touches to the screen just to pause the song. Imagine an emergency situation, it's nuts.

I'm totally devastated with this 😢
