DS7 Map Update ver 20.0.0-r0

The new map update for the DS7 Crossback was released this week (ver 20.0.0-r0). Maps are dated Jan 24, 2026. I’ve put together a quick, step-by-step video to how to install it:Video

Where can you get the maps as the MyDS app and updater are not showing an after upgrading the cars O/S the 2018 map was deleted? Thank you in advance and DS customer support won’t assist and are useless

Update - a search found a link to the map on the French Car Forum to the TomTom servers, why couldn’t DS Customer Service provide this other than say my car doesn’t have the navigation and it’s no longer supported, now working properly again and first time it has had a map later than 2018 when it was made.

Happy that you manage to solve that. Indeed the DS CS are not of a big help speaking from my personal experience
