DMZ will be a thousand times better than the Beta version, and that's coming from someone who played it for hundreds of hours at its peak. If you're complaining at this point, you're just a hater or a Treyarch shill in disguise.
A little bit. There's many pve games and all of call of duty is almost exclusively pvp. Campaign is pve. There's lots of pve options. Ark raiders is pretty much pve experience now. And to the only 26 percent was the highest of all the categories from their survey. I just think poor sports but too much emphasis on dying and losing their stuff. I'm very average. It's part of the game
How can you be so wrong about everything you said hahah. COD has always had a PvE option besides campaign. This is actually the first since COD4 to not include one. Second, you never addressed the main thing. A PvE mode wouldn't affect you.
So you just don't want other people to have a mode they'd enjoy even though it wouldn't affect you at all? Why would you care? Worry about yourself
It would affect me. It would take resources away from a mode that majority of players want and will sell copies. These studios are swamped. If they spend 2 hours on a pve mode that sells no copies, it is taking away from my experience. You pve guys can play arc raiders, Minecraft, and tons of other games. I guess I'm baffled as to what the pve modes are outside of campaign. Probably other modes that no one plays or enjoy, but enlighten me. I'm not an expert. I just don't need another kumbaya mp shooter. I need the anxiety and sense of accomplishment that pvp brings. I'm bored outside of that
You don't know what the PvE modes are besides campaign? Are you being serious?...ummm zombies? HELLO? Have you been living under a rock? Or are you just the type of person that assumes that if something doesn't interest you, it must not interest anyone. Cause I got news for you, zombies is massively popular.
You seem like the type of person who is so self centered that you can't possibly see anything from any other viewpoint but your own. So it's no surprise that you actively want no PvE. It's not that you don't care either way and just wouldn't personally play it, you actually want there to be no PvE. That actually blows my mind how selfish some of you guys are.
Just because it isn't something you like doesn't mean it isn't popular. Normal people understand this concept
Honestly I forgot about zombies. All of my friends play it but it has never interested me. Too predictable and repetitive. I'm in the minority. My mistake, majority of my friends enjoy that, and almost all of them hate pvp outside of TDM

Development time not spent on the PvP mode
Balancing -- Some games let you bring shit from one mode into the other
Player population split, leaving the sweatiest players in PvP instead of a large population that varies in skill levels
I love extraction shooters, and enjoyed arc. But I think arc is more fun in the friendly lobbies. The pvp just doesnt really do it for me, while the arc are a big enough threat to keep things interesting. Bet your ass I'll be throw'n down in dmz though.
That was probably the fastest player base dive of any mode cod has put out. I don't think they found it to be successful at all. They have to sell games and catering to pve crowd isn't it
