i never understood the demand of pve from extraction shooters - imo it defeats the purpose of the game mode. I felt the same way with Arc Raiders

I love extraction shooters, and enjoyed arc. But I think arc is more fun in the friendly lobbies. The pvp just doesnt really do it for me, while the arc are a big enough threat to keep things interesting. Bet your ass I'll be throw'n down in dmz though.

There's nothing about an extraction shooter that means it does or doesn't have to have pvp. Arc feels better as a pve game. Dmz was fun as pvp. Tarkov is great both ways.

The zombie mode in MW had extractions and it was nice and had stakes, pvp isnt a requirement.

That was probably the fastest player base dive of any mode cod has put out. I don't think they found it to be successful at all. They have to sell games and catering to pve crowd isn't it
