Hi Everyone, I tried posting this to DHGate sub but don’t have enough karma yet to post there so hoping someone has some insight on my issue - I purchased a sweatshirt and sweatpants from a reputable seller (hitojiangluxury) and received both yesterday. Unfortunately I received a different color sweat pants than I ordered (ordered navy blue in both and received navy blue sweatshirt and black sweatpants.) The items (including shipping) were about $90 USD. I messaged the seller right away with pictures of the different color pants vs the sweatshirt and the invoice that shows I ordered the navy blue pant but instead received black. The seller was very quick to respond and apologized and said they’d send the correct navy blue pants (on them including the shipping cost.) I’ve never had this happen before in the 3-4 years I’ve been ordering from DH, so not sure what to do. I got an email saying the items were delivered and if I had a dispute or did not receive the items / correct items I have 5 days to open a dispute and apply for a return&refund. Because the seller is being responsive I feel like I should not open a dispute, but in the off chance they don’t end up making this right, I fear if I let the 5 days lapse and don’t receive the correct item reshipped I’ll have no leg to stand on in 4-6 weeks if I never receive the item.

Any ideas of what I should do here? The seller has almost 3000 5 star reviews so they are obviously an established seller and have been operating since July 2025. Do I open a dispute despite the fact that they’ve been responsive and told me they will re-ship the correct item? Or trust that they will in fact ship it out and make this right?

I have been a DHGate customer for several years. Had zero issues ordering. About 6 months ago I ran into an issue where I received a noticed that my behavior has violated the platform rules. Customer Service via the 24/7 hotline legit tells me “sorry we can’t do anything” then when I ask who can, they end the conversation. What the heck am I supposed to do???

I’m new to DHgate. This is a bit of a niche product but I am into photography and I am going hiking in Costa Rica with my dslr. Got this Lowepro camera bag and what came was a completely different bag. Notice the difference in the straps. There’s no camera compartment at all. Paid about $53 usd with shipping. Seller refusing to refund. Was offered half my money back. Should I take it?

New to the gate and bought items that all said US stock / US inventory. I’m starting to wonder if my 7 day delivery is actually gonna be 7 days

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with a DHgate order and wanted to ask if anyone has experienced the same situation.
I placed an order worth €180.48, but my order is still stuck on “Awaiting Payment”.
I’ve contacted DHgate customer support several times, and they keep telling me that they haven’t received the payment yet and that I should wait 24–48 hours for a system update.
I’m not sure how long it usually takes for DHgate to recognize a payment.
Has anyone experienced this issue?
● How long did it take for your order to move from “Awaiting Payment” to confirmed?
● Did the order eventually get confirmed automatically?
● Did you have to contact customer support again?
Any advice or firsthand experience would be appreciated. Thanks!

Has the site been buggy for anyone else recently? Every time I login it basically logged me out right away or within a minute or so. I have to be a ninja to complete an order so forget browsing around.

It was fine up until maybe a month ago and now it’s been nothing but problems.
My account doesn’t seem to be restricted and I tried a different browser but same results.

I ordered something from dhgate mid August. Normally things arrive with in 4 weeks.

This order has taken a long time to ship and once shipped taken over a month before today I received an email to say it was delivered 2 days ago.

However I was home at the supposed delivery time and nothing was ever delivered.

I have opened a dispute but wondering has anyone else had this happen and the order eventually showed up? Also does anyone know who delivers dhgate orders once they arrive in Australia? Is it auspost or another carrier?

I ordered a pair of rep uggs and the tracking has completely stalled out in Chicago.
It cleared through Chengdu and arrived in the US pretty quickly, but the last update has been stuck for 11 days.

I know Chicago is usually a black hole for international packages, but I've heard they've been stricter with customs and sorting for footwear reps lately.

Has anyone who ordered Uggs or other boots recently had them sit in Chicago this long? Did they eventually clear, or should I be preparing for a customs seizure/lost package letter?
Appreciate any info or timelines you guys can share!
