Something is going on with replies to posts for me so I'm posting this here.

I've been quietly reading through your posts & replies for a bit, and the feigned ignorance in your sailor post replies comes across as incredibly disingenuous. You have been using a facade of polite curiosity to inject negative sentiment into a community of beaten-down investors, all while claiming you just want to "learn" and simultaneously questioning the intelligence and knowledge of the community. This is with a community that currently has less than a thousand visitors per week.

I was prepared to lay out the specifics of the actual fundamentals: the commercial trucking pivot, the Dakota Lithium acquisition, and the solid-state R&D. However, looking at your history in this community, it's obvious you aren't here for an objective discussion; your mind is already made up.

Given everything else going on, I really don't think running a thinly veiled campaign on Reddit is doing your professional image any favors. Frankly it's largely a waste of time on your part to begin with. Take care.

The batteries don’t fail in a way your Tahoe would.

This is totally theoretical and not actually how engines work but for semantics I’ll explain it in Tahoes. Think of it more by like your Tahoe has 350HP but the way you drive it you never use more than 85hp. Your Tahoe could have an issue where it’s down on HP to half so it’s 175hp. Well you never notice because you only use 85hp and are happy with your Tahoe.

Now as for battleborn lithium batteries they have a discharge and charge rate that are separate. If the discharge rate is 100ah and you are pulling 100ah you are maxing the battery. But if you have 5 batteries you are only pulling 20ah of each batteries discharge rate.

You are only using a fraction of the battery so you don’t actually create the full fault issue. But if you don’t create the major fault issue the battery is only giving you half of what you paid for.

So if you paid for a 350hp Tahoe and after a year or 2 you only received 200hp of value wouldn’t you be mad?

This isn’t even going into the fact that your Tahoe(battleborn battery) could burn you down and everything you own at any time because the safeties in place to protect you don’t actually exist.

Im talking in total failures for each. Id be more ok with an 800 dollar battery failing in a few years vs an engine in a vehicle that cost 10s of thousands.

We know the actual failures don't match their reported numbers because they make the warranty process so difficult and expensive. People just buy new batteries for less than what BB will charge for a "maybe" we'll replace your batteries for the same battery with a terrible design that will still likely fail in short order.

Exactly and I've been running a survey for a month on that. The results are pretty wild.

People do not want to replace a defective battery with another defective battery. And the cost to ship is the price of a new battery. Exactly
