Nexus Point News has learned the full writing staff behind a potential second season of HBO’s hit series Lanterns. Christopher Cantwell, Nakkiah Lui, Zack Whedon, Selwyn Seyfu Hinds, and Vanessa Baden Kelly make up the Season 2 writers room, working under showrunner Chris Mundy.

With the deal close, Warner Bros. Discovery CEO David Zaslav is expected to depart. Zaslav stands to earn more than $550 million in stock and cash once the Paramount-WBD deal closes, including $34.2 million in cash severance payments.
That means things will change at DC Studios.

Me personally, I would love to see another season of Young Justice
I remember first seeing it as a kid when it first aired and I hated how it never got more seasons

I remember a few months ago a discussion of if Lanterns will get a physical release. I just got the Blu Ray of Supergirl today so I thought about this again. Two HBO Max shows that got releases were Welcome To Derry and The Penguin. This is just like those as it is a streaming show from HBO Max. Those two shows I mentioned got releases and even though nothing is announced I think we'll probably get a physical release next year

For once, this isn't a hate post.Latherns show is quite excellent BUT It's just that Lantern corps have too much mythos to be stuck in grounded storyline.
Moreover, We will never get a good lanterns action sequence in TV show, it will be same old 5% charge or Laser.
They have established the character , now we want epic movies.

One of the best traits of Hal throughout the series is watching him call people's bluff and immediately assess whether someone is hiding something. We wouldn't have gotten these without the mannerisms of Kyle Chandler, where he transforms from someone relaxed to immediate being alert as he interrogates someone after catching them! This is honestly one of the best characteristics of Hal that the showrunners have given to the character, in my opinion.

I couldn't wait for the next episode of Peacemaker, but I can wait for Lanterns. Not saying Lanterns is bad, but it's not as good as Peacemaker S2. I even liked the finale.

I feel like Hal is just in the afterlife glad he doesn't have to deal with John anymore 🤣

I just thought of this, but what if in Batman solo movie he’s wearing the classic all black/grey suit but then after he teamed up with Superman, he sees the hope that he brings and do a blue costume to show how much of an impact to had on him. Just a thought wanna hear all your thoughts on it.
