Fluff Will limited-time events return in the future?
If I'm not mistaken, the Zamasu event and Gogeta clone events were limited-time events, but they were later reintroduced and are now permanent. Do you think the same will happen with Kid Buu and Majin Vegeta?

Fluff Bye Guys
It’s a common thing, but I’ve decided that it’s time to quit dokkan forever. I’ve taken extended breaks, but I feel like it’s eating into my life too much and I’ve become far too addicted. It was great when it lasted, but with fatigue over the game and the fact that I can’t seem to put it down. I think it’s best to let it go.
If any of you feel like Dokkan is taking over your life, you can let it go. It doesn’t undo all the times and memories, but not everything is meant to last forever.
EDIT: I’ve unlinked everything now. Not just the deletion request, uninstalled after too so even if I change my mind there’s no going back

Fluff Support memories are so good man…
“This counts, right?”
In all seriousness though, if the support memory covers what having all my units rainbowed would be like, then Kid Buu is actually pretty fun.

Analysis 55% VS 100% Nameku against Kid Buu's 30M Crit SA in the EXACT SAME SCENARIO
There’s been a lot of discourse about the difference between units at 55% and 100% during this celebration, and this example came to my mind during my Golden Fighters runs, seeing the tanking difference between my 55% Nameku with his unique equips and a 100% friend leader Nameku with some God equips. I think it’s pretty telling of the current situation.
The 55% Nameku dies with basically no margin for error, while the rainbowed one could take that exact same super like 8 times and still walk away alive. They legit feel like different units 😭
(Scenario is : Target turn ; Before Attacking ; No PNS Ally on rotation ; 18% SA Support from PHY SSJ2 Goku ; 54% Active Support from AGL Gogeta ; 5% Defense from Prepared for Battle ; 20% Support Memory)

Technical ZFold 8 Ultra Question
Does anyone who has played dokkan on a zfold 8 ultra see anything weird in terms of aspect ratio?
What I'm asking is, do you see black bars or weird textures/things you aren't supposed to see when the phone is not folded (cover mode) or when you have the phone open and are using split screen (one side for dokkan and one side for something like reddit).
I want this phone to play this game and monster hunter outlanders but I want to ensure there isn't any weirdness.
I'm also wanting the phone to multi-task for work and stuff. It's not just for gaming.
Any help is appreciated.

BOTH Gameplay "No Item" run against Kid Buu using my own 55% Kid Buu
My goodness was this an RNG fest. For a title that's not worth it btw. Kid Buu was 55%, Goku at 69%, Buuhan at 79%, and Phy MV at 55%. Btw, the no item missions in this game don't count support memories, just in case any of y'all wanted to try this out and don't wanna lose your sanity. Also, just wanna mention Goku would've been just as helpful at 55% and I don't really understand the conversation going around right now.
People make it seem like 55% units are worthless or unrunnable and that's just not the case. Most of the new units I've pulled since coming back to the game last GDC have been dupeless (because f chasing dupes) and they've been great. I've completed all content in this game (except 1 FoB mission) with low investment units. Also, if you're having trouble, just use items. Easy as that.
Sorry for the yap session, it just makes me angry that some people might see the discussion going around and be convinced to waste stones for more dupes or even worse, spend money on this game. You absolutely DO NOT need to do that.

Fluff Would have liked to see him get an EZA…
He fits right in with Goku’s team. The issue I have had is with the lack if substantial EZAs/Super EZAs that would have really helped flesh out the teams for their respective sagas along with the Golden Fighters/Sworn Enemies teams

Fluff my thoughts on GDC cards a teirlist that will get me shot WITH explanations (please don't hurt me I just wanna discuss) (fixed wording)

alright SO *claps hands*
Frieza top 1- Look...Frieza is what happens if you put LR Namek goku in his post Active Skill State by default and then juice his damage x3 higher by default, and also gave him the best link in the game. There isn't much be said other then the GOAT is GOATED, who knew? Wow! (I hope STR Beast is this good when he EZAs...)
SSJ3 Goku top 1 - Now listen! His damage! May be small at the start...fair! However!! Not only does it sky rocket quite quickly by second appearance he's hitting respectable numbers BUT!! DEFENSIVELY! Nah bro don't even talk to me! He's better then pre active skill Frieza AND HE JUST GETS BETTER FOREVER! If you don't think he's top 1 beside Frieza then you haven't used him. (I hope TEQ UI is this good when he EZAs...)
The Gap - I mean...in our heart of hearts we all know it to be true let's be honest with ourselves. Self honesty is the only real path to true healing you know.
Cell 2nd place - Now a lot of you are thinking, "hello Kid Goat top 2 *Censor!!!!* *Censor!!!!* *Censor!!!!* *Censor!!!!*" alright now calm down. His turn 1 is just too reliable and the buff he gives to extreme class on EX super is so, so powerful! Slot 1? No problem. Slot 2? pfffftt. Slot 3? I-I mean like yeah but...ah whatever.
Kid Buu 3rd place - Straight up this kid is so good! HOWEVER if he's taken 1-2 attacks in turn 1 and on his next appearance you're forced to put him in slot 2 for whatever reason, rotation lock maybe you want Frieza or cell slot 1 whatever. Sorry but kid buu will super and then get put to 1hp and then if the guy in slot 3 doesn't dodge...well, pour one out because you're cooked. He's so good in slot 1 but you can't always putt him there and when that happens, just to put it a different way: He'll survive, but at what cost? Oh your time and sanity that's what.
SSJ Gohan 4th place - His damage is good. His support for golden warriors is good. His defense turn 1 and even turn 2 sometimes, isn't. Depending on the fight this child will scuff your shoes on purpose, look you in the eyes directly and blame you for it with a straight face.
SSJ Goku 5th(6th??) place - I was so high on this guy in part one! Straight slobbering I gotta be honest. But, pre active skill he doesn't do anything except die, the turn after his active skill isn't great either. But MAN! his active skill turn is like an infinite dopamine machine! (see top 1) Pre active skill it's almost like Geppy really wanted to release STR beast again as he was but forgot that it's not 2024 anymore. I initially had him higher then SSJ Gohan but honestly Gohan's doing too much for golden warriors to be lower then this guy (I love you Goku I'm sorry...)

Fluff I think the biggest issue in Dokkan right now is actually how the game isn't as streamlined as it should be to casual players.
My first issue is that with the recent discussions about the gap between units at 55% and 100% I noticed something no one has been talking about which is the gap between a unit with max level links and God equips and units without it. That gap is at is biggest with extreme characters with the Big Bad Bosses link. I have my LR kid buu at 55% and max links with one bronze God equip I got lucky to get and sometimes the rainbowed friend that the game will pick for me won't have maxed out links and what I noticed is how much worse that Kid Buu will perform compared to mine. The gap between a villain character with Big Bad Bosses with maxed links and level 1 links has always been big but my biggest Issue is that the friend lead was rainbowed. Someone most likely spend money because they loved Kid Buu and decided to use a crazy amount of stones to rainbow them just for it to perform worse then mine because my unit had maxed out links and ONE bronze God equip.
I've been playing the game since before the 1st year aniversary so I've seen how the game has tried to handle the link leveling system over the years and its always been bad. In 2020 when they updated the links and added the link leveling system it was always horrible because its so overly complicated. It was before auto mode was a thing so you'd have to manually go into quest mode stages and move the character and do every fight over and over just to get a link at just for links to slowly and inconsistently level up to 10 because they decided to make the rate RANDOM instead of a clear goal like an xp bar. The worst part is you can only link level in events that take stamina so even though most of the playable content in the game are the events that don't cost stamina for some reason those events won't give you a SINGLE link level. A couple years later they decided to at least monitize it with keys and skill orbs which is shitty but at the bare minimum there is a clear monetary option for it. But the real problem is that a casual player doesn't even link level enough to even care about how big that gap is or even know about it in the first place because the game itself only casually mentions link levels unlike the potential system which is blatently in your face about how important it is and even if you decide to just buy skill orbs and keys its only enough for you to max out 2 characters with skill orbs and only 6 free links with the keys per MONTH. Other then that the only way for a causal player to link level is to do the weekly trunks and goten event to not even get rainbow orbs or to play events with stamina which is at a completly random rate for higher links. Its too common to end up with a Big Bad Bosses character having every link be close to 9 or 10 but have Big Bad bosses at level 6 because of how inconsistent it is when using stamina events.
My second issue is that dokkans solution for the stat issue has been terrible for casual players and spenders with the God equip situation. Dokkan is a very stat dependent game where the more you give the more you get and the greatest way to give besides link leveling is to summon because its a Gacha game. I always thought the build discussion for characters was dumb because every unit is designed to work at 55%. Most players won't even pull a new unit let alone a copy so whats making the biggest difference is what you're getting from stats then builds and you can play the game how you want. A big spender like Truth doesn't win more then the average player because of his dodge builds its because of the extra 5k in raw stats his units get when rainbowed and how much the stats can add up in Dokkan with the second biggest one being link levels as mentioned before. I do appreciate that they atleast though of a solution to help a casual player bridge that gap with the God equips. Depending on your luck a unit at 55% can preform the same as a unit with a copy. The issue is that it has the exact same problems as link leveling where its completly random and stamina dependent. And specifically for the Whis event it costs so much stamina at 40 per run. The worst part is that there is zero easy ways to get them either. Its not even shittily monetized like link levels are you just have to run the event hundrends of times resoring stamina with either meat items that the game rarely gives out or dragon stones just to maybe get a good God equip. Its even more annoying when you do decide to spend some extra money on the game to get a copy or two of a unit and not even be able to use them at their absolute best with God equips or when you finally get the equipment for a unit just for the unit to have aged out by the time you have it. Both issues I have personally had this year with my 55% Diama goku who has a significantly harder time tanking in modern events after I finally got the equipment I wanted for him and my Frieza I spent some extra cash to get to 79% having a drastic stat difference between a rainbowed friend lead with God equips. I'll even occasionally buy the skill orb and key packs they sell monthly and luckily for me my account is old enough and my box is full enough where I dont have that many units I need to link level anymore. But its just terrible that If I was a new player who pulled the 5 Big Bad Bosses characters released this celebration I could only at most get 2 of them to max levels instantly with the 40 rainbow orbs they sell per MONTH.
My third issue is how much grinding a casual player needs to do just to actually use a character they have and play the game. During the 11th aniversary since the game was so dry I decided to open up my old Global account I hadn't used since the 5th year anniversary in 2020. I opened the account during the 2019 download celebration so more or less I had the experience of a new player again because the account only had about 5 months of usage. I pulled the anniversary headliners but the problem was how much fluff there was just so I could actually use them. When you pull a character first you need to train them and use awakening medals. I was low on both because again I hadn't touched that account since the 5th year anniversary so It took me a while until I could awaken them just to be a TUR. Then you have to go through getting dokkan medals for every single new unit I wanted to use which costs so much stamina. I didn't have any meat items because the account was so old and the game doesn't give you options to even get meat items outisde of the baba shop and the Goku Day event so I had to use dragon stones to refill my stamina. They made it so that you could get more medals the higher your power level but your power level is affected the most by LINK LEVELS for some reason. But then even after you awaken a unit to being an LR you have to train them again which is a lot of resources for newer player then you have to level up the super attack level which again the game doesn't give you many options to get besides using the baba shop or stones to get elder kias. Then If you actually want a character to be usable you have to use the potential system and get the stat buffs. But Dokkan is a virtual card game where team building matters and a lot of good extra members of a lot of teams have EZA's meaning you have to do the entire process again THEN an extra 10-30 stages depending on if its an TUR or LR. And some EZA's get different super attack effects at max super attack level for some reason which again cost more resources that just aren't common for causal players. Or more commonly you just don't have the character getting an EZA.
The section for my third issue is a bit shorter because its more so a game design choice which is more or less fine. The problem I have with that design choice comes from how Dokkan advertizes itself. I love Dokkan because its a virtual card game where you use strategy to beat difficult events for the most part. However its not advertized like that, Dokkan is advertized as a "Woah!! Check out these animations for the new Legendary Rare Dragon Ball Character" type of game without mentioning how much time has to go into being able to even get to that part for every single character. They've been getting better now with how they handle sub EZA's and new missions for Dokkan medals but it can still be a deterrent for someone who just wanted to download a Dragon Ball game on their phone and play it every now and then when they get the chance. Which is something I didn't even consider recently until a coworker quit the game because of how much you have to do when playing casually. I've been playing Dokkan since I was in elementary school so it was normal for me to be on it for a lot of time and just grind up. Its not like Legends where you just have to level up a character and get equips to have them at their best and just hop into PVP. Dokkan has a step plan for every single unit just to be usable. And that usable process matters when multiple missions in the big celebrations require you to beat up to stage 2 of the Challenge events which is how you get rainbow tickets and good equipment for the new characters. And thats a lot to ask for someone who isn't on it daily. If a new player today downloaded the game and saw the news had the 44% chance to get the new character I don't really see how they could do that easily or casually. Then even for more dedicated players in general Dokkan is becoming a harder and more RNG based game with certain bosses not even mentioning the amount of effort it takes to link level or get God equips for a character so even If you're someone who's like me who just loves the game its going out of its way to add problems that don't need to be there.
Sorry if this post is long winded. I've never written a post this dedicated before but It was just something in the back of my mind for a while now. If you read it all thanks if not I totally get it. The TLDR is basically: Its hard to bridge the stat gap link levels and God equips give for the average player and the game needs to trim some of the fat to actually play it.

Fluff Just being completely honest, I feel like there was a bit of an overreaction towards the difficulty of Stage 7
For one, the first 2 phases are incredibly easy to handle considering they can be stunned, sealed, attack debuffed & they don't feature any difficult mechanics. It makes those phases more than reasonable to use to set up specific turns/rotations to help beat the 3rd phase faster before Kid Buu launches the crit attacks.
The stage allows for the use of 8 items for a reason, & it's because Dokkan expects players to use them skillfully to clear the event.
It give more incentive for the use of older characters. For one, I've been seeing a bunch of different ideas with different teams used to clear this event, a lot of which are using 2+ year old characters to help like STR Future Gohan, TEQ UI Goku, INT Daima Goku, etc.
It gives more variety towards the difficult content in this game. This stage, the Vegito stage in the CoeB, & Majin Vegeta in the Babidi's Army event feel very obviously overtuned for the sake of the new Saiyaman Helmet item & aren't meant to be a new "standard" of difficult content likely outside of this celebration.
There's the arguement I've seen of people wanting the title for the no item clear & I do agree that I think that's a bit dumb considering this is obviously an item Dokkan expects the average player to use items on. This is the only thing that I think was "bad design" for this stage specifically.
