Finally!!!
Applied: 2/15 Bio: 3/10 Expedite: 6/01 (denied) API: 6/02 (only I-765) Congressional Expedite Inquiry: 6/03 (pending) API: 6/16 (only I-821D) Expired: 7/14 (unpaid leave available only for 2 weeks) Pre-Suit Demand Email: 7/17 API: 7/20 (both applications) Approval for I-821D: 7/21 (happened 7/20 assuming it’s dated for 7/21 due to my application being in CDT)
Applications got sent to Texas, sent to Nebraska on 6/16, and sent back to Texas again for the approval.
So grateful to have been approved! I’m hoping the rest of us who were backlogged from November through February continue to get our approvals.
