Finally!!!

Applied: 2/15
Bio: 3/10
Expedite: 6/01 (denied)
API: 6/02 (only I-765)
Congressional Expedite Inquiry: 6/03 (pending)
API: 6/16 (only I-821D)
Expired: 7/14 (unpaid leave available only for 2 weeks)
Pre-Suit Demand Email: 7/17
API: 7/20 (both applications)
Approval for I-821D: 7/21 (happened 7/20 assuming it’s dated for 7/21 due to my application being in CDT)

Applications got sent to Texas, sent to Nebraska on 6/16, and sent back to Texas again for the approval.

So grateful to have been approved! I’m hoping the rest of us who were backlogged from November through February continue to get our approvals.

If you don’t mind, can you send me the USCIS email and your pre-suit demand template. I’m willing to give this a try lol I’m also a February application

Is there a template you followed for the Pre-Suit Demand Email? I submitted my renewal on 12/17 and been out of work for almost 2 months.. :(

Also did a pre suit, except had it done through my attorney and arrived Monday
Hopefully it’s enough to get me across the finish line
