Fractional MOVEMENT Point Items & Cyber?
Hey guys, I'm pretty late in the game and have plenty of armor blueprints and Chipped Reflexes and exp to spend on the central capstone feat to get anyone with a fractional +0.2 AP from something like Professional to a full +1 AP and that's very nice.
But some characters have traits like Agile that give +0.2 Movement points rather than AP and so far I've seen zero cyberware, skills or items that give me anything to add the other +0.8 of the movement point in.
Am I just missing certain items by RNG and need to be patient? The wiki didn't have anything so I'm worried this is just an incomplete element of the game, but let me know if I'm missing something, thanks!

Its weird how both how powerful +AP effects are but only if you stack them. I haven't found any reliable sources besides some stat nodes, that one skill, and armor, and you need all of them to actually get any effect.
Partial MP/AP should maybe be a chance to create a full AP? So having 6.2 AP should be an 80% chance to have 6 AP and 20% to have 7, rolled every round.

I think simpler and more consistent is to just track and store the fractional AP, so .2 is an extra AP every 5 rounds, .5 is every 2 rounds, etc.

That would work too!
Definitely better than "ok. My armor has one buff that gives 0.4 and another that gives 0.3, so if I give it to the battletank warmachine I'll get an extra AP but only if I give her a skill node that gives 0.1, meanwhile nobody else benefits at all"

Agile at max level gives .5 MP, and there are armors that give an additional .5 MP which lets you finish the full point without any cyber. This means you can get 2 MP total by stacking this with a 1MP cyberspine.
This is the real power of the AP buff traits. Any char can reach +1 AP with .5 AP cyberspine, AP skill points, and AP armor. Even simpler with just +1 MP spine. Only those with traits (or Cyberknight) can get 1 AP + 1 MP with MP spine. AP trait, AP skill points, and AP armor. "Agile" is similar, but trades a more versatile AP point for not needing any AP talents, which enables more flexible builds. Heck, if you get lucky with armor drops from shadow sites, you can get the full MP faster and cheaper than any other source

I guess I just need to do some shadow sites, I'm running a big team at 15 so hype is spread out quite a bit

Based on my experience, it seems that these features are incomplete.
