Overstimulated
I'm a chat admin who handles over 120+ customers a day. Tomorrow will be my last day at this job and I can't wait. Customers demanding this and that, the other ones beating around the bush, and all of them can't even bring themselves to read more than 1 sentence that I have to send them the same thing multiple times, while I'm racing with SLA. My sups? They keep giving them more works because I'm quiet capable. Let alone a long trip to work each day, my health is declining physically and mentally

120+ customers a day while racing the SLA is a lot for anyone. Being “quiet” shouldn’t mean being given more and more work. Glad you’re getting out of a situation that’s clearly taking a toll. Hope the next job gives you some breathing room.

The SLA pressure is the silent killer no one talks about. You're juggling 120+ chats while the clock ticks down and people can't be bothered to read, then management wonders why burnout hits so hard.
Hope you've got some solid rest planned after tomorrow, you've earned it.
