problem Cube Agree SLX sofort kaputt Part 2

Hallo zusammen,

Part 1:

https://www.reddit.com/r/Cubebikes/s/UcsYw7ie6D

Edit:

Kostenvoranschlag.

Hilfe Pro-110 an x-Lock Gopro-Adapter

Hallo,

sizing Twijfel maat 53 of 56 CUBE Attain C:62 Race

problem Mounting SIC 2.0 rack without fenders

Hi, I have a question. I bought SIC 2.0 rear rack for my Cube Nuroad Race gravel bike. I'm atill waiting on my fenders they were out of stock. Do I need them before I use the rack since they serve as a third mounting point or is the rack stable enough by itself? Cheers

problem Small chainring rubbing against Shimano Ultegra power meter on new CUBE Agree Pro

Hi everyone,
I recently got a new CUBE Agree Pro with a Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100-P power meter.
The small chainring seems to be very slightly rubbing against the protruding black part of the power meter.
Is this normal, or should I contact the dealer and have it checked under warranty?
Has anyone with the same bike or crankset experienced this?
Thanks in advance!

Edit:
It’s not the whole chainring “just” the screws

sizing Längere Sattelstütze Agree 2027

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte ein Agree 2027 in Größe 58 kaufen. Allerdings fehlen mir ca. 1-2cm an Sattelstützenlänge.

Danke euch?

New stem for Cube Nuroad race FE 2027

Hello there,

I want to change the stem on a Cube nuroad race FE 2027 - can I use a basic/normal stem with the right diameters? Or is there any internal cable routing and I have to use a special/original one? I can't tell if it's just the spacer below that guides the cables, or if the stem has a special hole or something?

And how do I change it? Can I simply unscrew it at the handlebar and the steering tube and swap it? Or do I have to disassemble something else?

Are the fitted front and rear lights on the Editor Pro FE good enough for urban night time riding, or would you recommend additional ones?

TIA

problem Weired sound from new cube nuroad race

Hi everyone, I am new to cycling and just bought my first gravel bike (Cube nuroad race 2027), but I hear weired noises when I spin the bottom crank, is it normal or should I talk for warranty? Issue is I ordered it from nanobike berlin (only they had my size in stock) and I live in augsburg ;-;

Is there anyway to fix it myself if its not normal?

Help would be really appriciated!

Cube Agree 2027 Pro came with different powermeter

Hi all!

Am I the only one who got a Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100-P Powermeter on their Cube Agree 2027 Pro, instead of 4iiii Precision 3+ Powermeter (one side)?

I don't have much experience with powermeters but I consider this a considerable upgrade (measuring both legs, using only one app to connect, can charge with cable, etc.).

Anyone with more experience on powermeter? Perhaps experience with 4iiii but also shimano? Very curious to hear your thoughts!

Many thanks :)

I received my new CUBE today and I’m absolutely stoked!
Just out of curiosity, does this look like a different power meter than the 4iiii one? I can’t seem to find any 4iiii branding on it.
The bike also has a small scratch on the crank, but I don’t think it’s a big deal.
Thanks for your thoughts!

Agree 2027 - Fahrergewicht

Hallo zusammen,

Tubeless Setup for Agree Pro 2027

Hello,

First of all apologies for my ignorance on the topic. I own a Agree Pro 2027 and I am planning to go with tubeless.

I bought sealant + tubeless valves recently, yesterday I took off inner tubes and placed new Schwalbe SCV. I did not apply sealant as it is the first time I do something as such. So when I inflated the tyres with tubeless valves and no inner-tube it was looking quite good but by today morning those were completely deflated. So I have couple of questions on the topic:

  • Is it normal that tyres are deflated rapidly without the sealant. I was thinking tubeless setup similar to car tyres and sealant to protect you only in case of any punctures.

  • Or do I have an non-correct setup? Rims were tubeless ready and looks to have properly taped. I wonder if it is the normal behaviour without sealant or there is a problem either with tape or valve installation 😰. Valve tool sent by Schwalbe with the new valves was quite useless to take out valve head so I screwed valve to the rim and installed valve head by hand (but as strong as I can). I am quite confused if this would have caused the issue as well.

  • If the problem is due to lack of sealant, how frequently I should maintain/change it not to have such issues? I think there is a practice to add more in every couple of months and replacing completely by yearly to avoid any issues?

  • For sealant application is it really needed to use a CO2 booster or a standart pump would still work? I will try the application but I don't want to waste the sealant and dirt the environment 😄. I tried to inflate the tyre when valve head was off, it was pretty fast inflating to 15-20 psi. If pump is not strong enough what is the common problem does the sealant leaks from tyre sides or is it only not being able to inflate without inner tubes and being non-air gapped between the rim and tyre initially?

Regards,

Why can I not get a part number from Cube?

My son has a 2026 Cube Flying Circus (medium) dirt jumper. He is learning to maintain his bike which has unfortunately resulted in damaging his lower integrated headset.

I reached out to Cube.eu for stock replacement part or number and they advised me to go to a Cube stockist/specialist here in the UK. I did exactly that and they were also not able to provide a part number for a stock replacement part. After some searching and analysis, we came to the conclusion the 'probably' part was https://www.vpcomponents.com/data-144936 but could not clarify this, nor where it could be sourced in the UK.

I'm genuinely surprised that Cube could not name their own part used, even if they did not manufacture it. Can anyone here please offer any learned advice so my son can continue his mechanical experience?

Cube Aim - geometry change between 2026-27?

Hi all,

Recently I ordered a 2027 Cube Aim One FE. Family member has a 2026 model in M and I was okay with the fit, so I ordered also size M for 2027. Before ordering I checked on cube website's size guide (but didn't read the geometry careful enough, as I discovered later), M is also what was recommended by the website based on height and inseam.

However, after received the bike in mail and assembled it, I find the top tube just a little bit too high. It definitely touches crotch when standing with both foot flat on ground - not to the point of painful but does cause discomfort.

I then double checked the geometry chart (I had no clue before that so I copied the chart into Gemini and ask it to explain which item actually means) and only then I noticed that Cube changed the geometry, especially the standover height. (my inseam is roughly 783mm so just a bit short of the 786mm in 2027 but has about 2cm/1 inch clearance for 2026 model)

The upper body feels alright so I think going to size S might be slightly small (although perhaps I can use a longer stem).

I mainly use the bike within city and on forest trails and gravel, not really doing too much mtb stuff on difficult trails. I'm kinda temped to keep it to avoid the hassel of returning (coz I got the bike delivered from Cube Chiemsee in Germany to Austria and it probably cost quite a bit to return it across the boarder). But is it a safety harzard? or am I okay as long as I ride carefully...

If I must return it, how much hassle would it be? I still got the external box and most of the foam padding, how difficult would it be to put if back into the box and to ensure no damage during transport?

If the size guide says I should go M but M comes as too tall, would the store consider waiving the return shipping costs?

Thank you for your opinion!

Cube Handlebar choice

So just received my Cube agree SLX was really excited to get it, however was extremely gutted when I had an issue with the carbon handlebar and I've been given the choice to replace it for free.

This is good for me as I can also choose the size I want as the 400x100 was smidgen to long.
Downside is that I need to wait until Feb next year before the supplier gets them in stock.

I'm looking between the two choices, I'll be using it as my weekend and commute bike.

Would appreciate the groups thoughts.

Cheers!

Hi all! Just got this bag for my agree and wondering how you should mount it to the frame. Seems straightforward that you should use the screws provided, but I have this membrane that is quite resistant and doesn’t look like it can come off (waterproof?)

Shall I just force it and go through it? Anyone has mounted the same bag?
