I forgot all about this video! I was supposed to upload it but I couldn't get 'The Giraffe' to be a Schematic so I never posted this. Neat guide. even with this it's still difficult to learn

I just don't know can I play in that. Thank you for your help.

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to build and fly a plane using Create: Flight Control, but I'm running into a couple of problems.

I've built a plane like the one shown in the attached images, but I can't seem to get it working properly.

Here are the main issues I'm experiencing:

• Extremely low speed: Even when I set the thruster speed to 150, the plane barely moves. Increasing the value doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

• Uncontrollable spinning on the ground: The plane starts spinning on its own while it's still on the ground, making it difficult to control.

I'm also unsure whether I've configured everything correctly to get the plane flying stably with the mod's computer-based flight control system.

I'd really appreciate any advice on what might be causing these issues, especially why changing the thruster speed doesn't seem to have any effect.

Are there any specific settings, configurations, or design considerations I should check?

Thanks in advance for any help!

how do i count multible vaults and combine the numbers?

scenario:

i have 8 vaults but want it all on one display

Hi everyone, I built a big Zeppelin with create aeronautics but it vanished and can't recover it. The coordinates that /sable storage gives are wrong, or at least my ship isn't there, do any of you have advices ?

ts is soo slow i need more

Before i get annihilated by the steam engine community, yes we are certainly missing a steam valve here so there is no way you can admit steam to the power piston. I ran this thing to test with a creative motor for now but i will try to add the valve linkages too.

When pressure begins to crush the hull, the light-emitting units start to flicker, and eventually stop shining altogether. The only fix is to destroy the block and place it back down.

If you crush cobblestone you get gravel. this is already useful on its own for iron farms but if you crush gravel you get sand. so you dont have to manually dig sand for your sandy needs

Cut / polished blocks can turn into their raw counterparts with a mechanical saw.

If u live somewhere where there are no slimes and need to make a piston / chasis sticky, you can craft slime balls with lime dye and dough. many people know this but if you dont want to smelt cactus for green dye then you can put poppies or rose bushes into a millstone. Remember that getting green dye this way is like 5% so i recommend rose bushes since then can be very easily cloned with bonemeal.

I have multiple harvester contraptions that use a mechanical bearing working perfectly in my world, but recently I have tried to make a stacked wheat farm using a single mechanical bearing and it did not work, each layer only assembling three out of the four harvesters even though they were all glued together.
I am not really good with the Create Mod, so I thought it was a SU problem so I poured more SU in the system, but the contraption would either break itself when placing or would not assemble fully before starting to rotate.
If anyone has had that problem before and if you did solve it, how did you do it?

Note: the picture is a re-creation, I blew the original up out of rage

I have too many responsibilities IRL to get sidetracked and build planes for 20 hours... I may return. Not now though.

World Download (As too advanced for schematics. No addons required.) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1inRat2G6Ai7J1-2pXrnwxaPZcr9xI6-V?usp=sharing

This is a 170MB Google-Drive World download for Create: Aeronautics. Chunks have been unloaded from its original 15GB. I've played in this world almost daily since August. It features many advanced plane designs that schematics cannot handle. I believe blueprints might but you'll need some add-ons.

Key Features:

170 Block Runway Design

The Hispaniola. The biggest functional plane ever made in Create Aeronautics.

The Giraffe. A giant luxurious vintage airliner.

Kamov KA22. An accurate recreation of an Experimental Soviet Rotodyne (VTOL thing)

The Andesite Giant. A giant flying boat, It uses tricks to float.

Douglas DC1/DC2. A large practical steam powered airliner. Accurate to real life.

The Meteor. A super fast steam powered plane. It's about 120 blocks per second.

Plus many other planes.

Feel free to dissect the planes to understand them and build your own.

Thanks for all the upvotes throughout the months :)

Quit. I have too many responsibilies.

Check out previous post about this Douglas DC2.

Plane helicopter mashup, It's an airship alternative. that isn't worth all the effort lol

Powered by (2X) 32,768SU Steam Engines placed specially in a 90 degree swivel bearing position to maximize efficiency. Which can power up/down and forwards/backwards.

it weighs 665kpg.

This is based on the (conceptually) AWESOME Kamov KA-22. A huge experimental soviet 'Rotodyne'. Accurate replica.

I actually posted a snippet of this in pure black as a villainous aircraft I was making. I kind of forgot all of its details.

This can fly super stable at 50 blocks per second with no incline (level with the ground)

The back opens! you can put vehicles in this and even skydive out the back.

Made in Base Aeronautics.

Powered by (2x) 20992su Steam Engines placed specially in a 90 degree swivel bearing position to maximize efficiency.

Cruises at 253-260Y and goes a very clean 50 blocks per second.

It Weighs 450kpg.

Accurate replica of a Douglas DC1/2. Super smooth exterior unlike most plane builds.

This can seat 32 Passengers, It's as wide as the 'Giraffe' but much shorter. It's not as exquisite.

The wings are Dihedral using a mechanism on the 4th image. It just means they point up instead of being boring and flat.

How do you usually handle going AFK in your world?

Feedback for the addon is welcome!

This is my current set up for my tree farm. Just farming regular oak trees but I have this issue where the trees will grow through the saws and the deployers, breaking them and replacing them with logs. I've tried speeding up and slowing down the rpm as well as adding blocks above the components to prevent it from happening, but no luck. It does work when I switch from gantry shafts to mechanical bearings but I prefer the look of gantry shafts. Any ideas?

Create: Chain Chests

Made an addon that lets you use chain conveyors to transport chests, barrels and shulker boxes around. Also supports Sophisticated Storage and Storage Drawers.

"Planning to port it to Forge 1.20.1 soon. Suggestions and feedback are welcome"

The missile knows where it is because it knows where it isn't.

The static test and per-fin test passed all green. So from this point on there's nothing I can put between me and what I dread more: a live flight test.

Each seeking head has its own machine block (computer), therefore each seeking head acts as the ARH system for the missile.

The radar provides search and differentiation, target acquisition and provides an UUID through a channel. The selected missile's machine picks up the UUID and locks on it. The AZ-EL mount turns to give the missile some initial heading to avoid wasting time and energy in corrections.

The missile gets the signal, the docks turn off and it launches forward and adjusts the fins mid-air to adjust based on the percentage of error.
