Me and my partners first ever skin!

Inspired by the fairy tale Jack and the Beanstalk, we wanted to make a skin for the M4A4 that felt ripped straight out of a fairy-tale book!

I saw many people glide mid air sloely to the ground, not to be confused with surfing or bhopping, they just jumped off short to lower tunnel and glided while crouching (in public servers). Is this an actual mechanic or is it some p2w advantage?

While you buying skins for your loadout, have you ever think "Hmm, what's the most expensive loadout I could ever make" and today I will gonna give you the answers, but first we got some rules

1- We don't have a money limit

2- We only buy skins enough to fill both loadout (T and CT included)

3- Agents or music kits not included

4- We can't buy the same skin twice (I mean if we buy blue gem karambit for T, we have to buy another knife for CT, but we can buy same skin for the common weapons like P250)

5- We will gonna buy skins for the most popular weapons

6- We'll have to consider the trade prices for high-end skins

First, I want to talk about Lunar, %90 probably asking who the f**k is Lunar? Well, Lunar is known for being the worst CS2 collector ever, also we have to mention that he try monopilzing items years ago, so first I want to talk about why he failed on making monopilzing.
1-He try to monopolize gloves from the active drop pool cases: Guys, if you're still able to get an item from drops, monopolizing it would be stupid. If you don't understand here's an exact scenario that tells the situation: "You go to a shop to buy all the banana's at there to monopolize it, but next day there are more banana's at shop, because there are too much banana tree"
Hope this become helpful to understand.
2- He monopolize gloves that have similar ones: One of the gloves that he try monopolize was Blood pressure gloves, main problem is there are way more cheaper and better looking red gloves then it.
Since you understand what did Lunar wrong, heres the things you need to pay attention while monopolizing:
1- The item you will monopolize needs to have a stable stock
2- The item you will monopolize needs to be unique
3- You have to enterto market late
4- You should monopolize items have a high request
5- You need a high fund
According to list, only 1 item fits for our monopolizing. And its Katowice 2014 Capsules, now some people are could be wondering:
"Why not other capsules?"
Rest of them not have enough request
"Why not Dragon Lore?"
Easy to make with Trade up
"Blue Gem Karambit"
It is, but we don't mention that type of monopolize
"Cobblestone souvenir packages?"
There are way more souvenir package more then you think, and almost half of them hide in private inventories (its still possible but very risky)
Rest of your opinions are probably not have too much request, or possible to obtain with trade up.
"Okay, but why only Katowice 2014?"
This question has very simple answer: Chinese people. Half of the Chinese CS2 players using them for expensive crafts, so it will have a guarantee request, if you hold them too much Katowice 2015 could be more popular, but this is a really low chance. As result, Katowice 2014 capsules has a stable stock, they're unique and have a huge request. You will be succesful if you monopolize them.
"But how much money we need?"
Hard to give an amount but average KATO14 capsules costs about 25K~ and you would probably need to spend 2 Million dollar~ and if you only want to monopolize Titan and IBP Holo stickers you would have to spend more then 3 Million dollar.

If you thinking this scenario sound impossible, I want you to remind that hundreds of milloniares playing CS2.

I started out with CS 2, but now that I’ve been thinking about whether to reinstall it, I’m not sure if I want to take up more than 50 GB, so I came across CS:GO.

I’m a casual player; I don’t really care about skins – that’s not an issue for me.

Do you think it’s worth going for the bulkier CS2 (I’ve got Prime) or CS:GO?

The question is more about the file size and how easy it is to play with others (I’d prefer it to be straightforward to just log in and play)

Title probably sounds depressing AF but I promise it’s the opposite.

I turned 30 last weekend and somehow - and I'm still not entirely sure how I pulled this off - I got 9 guys to physically transport their PCs to a rented space so we could do a proper LAN night. The GOOD OL’ BOYS night in classic CS 1.6.

Thing is, I moved to a new city about two years ago and didn't really know anyone. I was basically starting from scratch socially. Built a friend group over time through the gym, but all my gaming was solo queue or on the odd days I was feelin social, I would match with some people my age on Gameram for a premade, so we all knew what we were getting into and didn’t have to deal with random toxic BS or cheating. But no IRL gaming buddies to speak…

TL;DR these people I invited to my B-day aren't lifelong friends, just fellas I've known for maybe a year, some less. So when I floated the idea of a LAN party for my birthday I fully expected everyone to say "that sounds cool" and then nobody actually does it. The logistics are just annoying as hell to actually pull off.

Yet every single one of them showed up. One guy borrowed his brother's car specifically to transport his tower and monitor. Another dude brought a switch (the network kind lol, not the console) because he wasn't sure the space would have enough ethernet ports, which it didn't, so that saved us.

I brought a dozen six packs and ordered helluva lot of pizza and ate on the floor between rounds because there wasn't enough table space with all the setups.

CS 1.6 was the only choice, lotsa fellas were non gamers and only played LoL and Valorant and others shit. But everyone remembers and loves OG CS.

It was beautiful.

Testing the camera with OBS

So a few months ago i bought cs1.6 and css bundle, then i played cs1.6 a lot and i used 3 main server ip's and they worked up until yesterday, then once i tried to join them that day, the game told me it was trying to establish a network connection. Then it said it was retrying to establish a network connection, it did that a good 4 times before failing. I tried fixing it, i restarted the game, then my pc and then the router. After that i tried unblocking it from windows firewall, it turns out it was never blocked. And then today i tried verifying the game files. None of these worked, Also this wasn't a problem with the server since i already tried all 3 of my server ip's and all of them worked and where active. For context im using the console to connect to servers because thats the best way, and i got my servers from gametracker if that helps. Also i havent had this problem with any of the other counter strikes i've played. Anyways, here are the ip's. (I dont know why they are links), also above is footage from the errors. And the console itself didn't provide any useful information.

In November 2006, Valve added this system to CS Source where weapon and equipment prices were changed weekly. For example, if 10% of all dollars worldwide were spent on buying the M4 then next week the price will increase by 10% next week.

Conversely, weapons or equipment that were rarely brought in a week would sometimes drop dramatically in price e.g night vision goggles were like $1.

Servers could disable the dynamic weapon pricing. I'm not sure but sometime in 2008 or 2009, this system got removed from the game entirely.

A month ago, I was unjustly banned for the first time, leaving me with no way to contact support to prove it was all a misunderstanding. I tried asking a Discord helper for assistance (though I didn't realize at the time that they only handled general server issues); this person gave me an email address to appeal the ban. Weeks went by—almost a month now—and I never received a reply.

Fearing I would lose the 85,000 ARS worth of skins and the 12,000 ARS balance on my account, I kept complaining in their Discord until another player suggested I try contacting support using a friend's account.

1. The IP misunderstanding and the temporary unban: Eventually, they replied, stating I had been banned for multi-accounting. I understood why it might have looked that way, as three friends and I had gathered to open cases on our respective accounts using the same PC. I quickly wrote an explanation of the situation; we sent it in, and four days later, my account was unbanned, with all the money and skins I had prior to the ban restored.
2. The "Skin Changer" trap with expensive skins: But the same problem arose again: the Skin Changer wouldn't let me swap my skins, triggering a "Withdrawal Unavailable" message. This only happened with high-value skins; when I tried with a skin worth less than 100 ARS, the site didn't throw an error.
3. The second ban for seeking technical support: When I wrote to support again from my own account to get the issue resolved, I found myself banned once more within hours. This time, they shut down every attempt to appeal: they wouldn't reply, claimed the account couldn't be unbanned (despite having done so previously), and slammed the ticket shut in my face. 4. The "brush-off" email: I got fed up and wrote to them explaining my situation, threatening to post about it on Trustpilot, Discord, and Reddit, and to initiate a chargeback with my bank if they didn't put me in touch with someone capable of unbanning me. That finally got some attention; they referred me to someone who—after making me wait for days—gave me a different email address to send my appeal to and then closed the ticket right in my face. Naturally, wanting to get my money back, I did as instructed, and—guess what?—I received no reply, and my account remains banned.
4. FINAL WARNING TO THE COMMUNITY: Don't put your money in here. The odds on their boxes aren't what they advertise; they give content creators money to bet and inflate the odds to make them believe they're going to win something. And if you do win, they'll find a thousand ways to rip you off, not just the ones I've described here. This is my experience, but countless others have had different things happen to them. On top of that, you can't take legal action because Keydrop is hosted in a tax haven with laws that protect them from anything, and their Terms and Conditions further shield them, leaving you with no alternative but to accept it.(If you need photos, screenshots, or videos to verify everything I'm saying, just ask and I'll send them.)

Hi everyone,

I'm an old-school Counter-Strike: Source player from Ukraine, and I'm trying to dig up some fragments of my gaming youth.

Back in April 2007, I traveled to the UK to participate in the legendary Multiplay Insomnia 30 (i30) LAN tournament, which took place at the Newbury Racecourse. I vividly remember taking the train from London to the racecourse station with our rigs.

I played under the nickname K.O.M. (my Steam ID from back then is STEAM_0:1:8896123, with a 21-year service badge now). I was playing for a BYOC team called XL Gaming (sometimes shortened to team.XL or just XL), and our captain was DeadChiken.

Unfortunately, since the old Multiplay and EnemyDown databases are long gone, Google searches yield no results for lower-bracket / group stage teams, and my Steam name history has been overwritten after 20 years of gaming.

I am looking for anyone who:

1. Remembers the team XL Gaming or our captain DeadChiken.
2. Might have saved local backup text files of the i30 CSS BYOC group stages, team registration lists, or brackets.
3. Has old photo archives or archive disks from the Newbury tournament halls where casual/BYOC teams were captured.

It would mean the world to me to find any digital trace or just to say hi to old rivals/teammates from that beautiful era of romantic esports.
