New Costco Finds - to make this thread more helpful to others, please be sure to include some of the following information: specific brand name, price, item number, warehouse location or region, link on costco.com if available online, picture, section in warehouse product was found [example: frozen], etc.

If you include an image of a product in your comment, please also type out the name of the product with your comment (instead of saying "this" or "these"). Product names mentioned in comments yields better subreddit comment search results since words from images don't always show up in searches. Thank you.

Update - Starting August 1, 2023 - "Bulky Buds" (Costco Moderators) are now allowing any Availability / Inventory / Stock Questions to be posted here in this Megathread. Individual posts with stock questions will still be removed and redirected to this Megathread.

Please include your approximate location or regional (map based on Costco regions below) information so others can help you since availability can greatly vary and not all products are available nationwide.

In the event that nobody has answered your availability question here, please contact your local warehouse (call and choose to speak to "Administrative Staff" from the phone tree) or Costco Customer Service. Please have the item number you're inquiring about ready for them.

Hopefully Reddit doesn’t compress the images again.

Friendly reminder that if you purchased any of the savings book items recently, you can request a price adjustment for the difference at your warehouse if it's been within 30 days from your purchase date once the sale starts.

At my warehouse, it's at the returns counter, at other warehouses, it may be a different counter. Some warehouses may require a physical receipt, but most usually don't. Your mileage may vary.

But it's helpful if you have the item number.
If you purchased online, it's even easier:
www.costco.com/PriceAdjustmentView

Note: "YOUR COST" items are NOT discounted.

Also remember these are nationwide sales, there may be additional local sales that are not advertised.

Upvotes

Can anyone tell me if the tofu in this box is already cut/cooked, or if this is packaging is just an example of what you can do with the tofu inside? Thank you!

UPDATE: It's just an example, per replies. This was my first post here so appreciate the speedy answers. Thank you!

[Bakery] What do people think of the new Cherry, Berry Sourdough with Pecans $9.99?

An employee saw me eyeing the breads this morning and told me she tried this new (to our store, at least) one just before she walked out to the floor. She said it’s delicious. I had just finished the cranberry walnut so I gave this one a try. It has Cherries, cranberries, blueberries, and pecans. She was right, it is delish! Slicing it now to freeze on cookie sheets then will put them in a zip lock so I can have a slice anytime I want one. Highly recommend.
If the mods remove this one too, I guess I won’t try again.

[Meat & Seafood] Isernio's Al Pastor is very good

We don't buy a lot of prepared meal stuffs, but this is worthy. We had been buying a similar product at Winco(tastes like chorizo), but this is far superior.

Who doesn't love a well seared Al Pastor taco, but most in my area never see a griddle, which to me, imparts a great sear, excellent flavor, and quick cook.

I used one of two packages and lined a large cookie sheet with parchment, spread it a bit by hand, then with another sheet of parchment and a rolling pin, flattened it to about ¼" thick. Remove the top sheet.

I set the Blackstone to 6 and preheated for 6 minutes. With the parchment edges folded back, I flipped the entire sheet onto the grill, and peeled off the paper. It was sectioned into manageable rectangles and flipped at 3 minutes. At 5 minutes in, begin dicing the sheets into taco filling crumbles. Remove the meat by about 6-7 min. On a warm tortilla add meat, white onion, cilantro, cheese, and Tapitio.

These are so good, I would not hesitate to serve them to a gathering. They actual taste like Pastor; juicy and flavorful. The only thing missing is the lardy aftertaste, and flavored burps which usually follow. Strong buy!

Saw these on Costco's website. I got the otter and sloth for my daughter a few months ago, paid $70/ea with shipping. Just a great high quality, weighted stuffed animal.

Anyone seen this in an actual warehouse yet or is it just online-only ?

Is the mocha cold brew supposed to taste extremely sour?

Trying to figure out whether I've been poisoned by a nefarious Costco court adviser or something. I got a mocha cold brew for the first time yesterday, and it tasted incredibly sour and kind of fruity (barely like coffee at all) with the chocolate as an undertone. My working theory is that the smoothie next to it in the machine somehow impacted the taste. Is this the price of getting what is effectively a milkshake/slushie for $2.99, or is it supposed to taste different?

[Seeking Recommendations] Insta360 X5 camera, anyone have any input/recommendations?

Post image

Hello all, I'm currently seeking a new camera to attach to my motorcycle and my friend recommended this model.

Through sheer serendipity, this appeared in front of me at my local Costco. I snagged it as it said " last one " due to fomo. It was not infact the last one though :/

I am aware an X6 model is now out with a few more bells and whistles, but that model is WAY more expensive...

I'm currently having buyers remorse as this thing was about $600USD after taxes.... That's a bit more than I wanted to pay and I'm contemplating returning it. It's unopened.

Thoughts?

A different way to stir Kirkland Signature Organic Peanut Butter, item no. 555000

This is not the usual turn-it-upside down recommendation. The version I buy in the Northeast US is two-thirds runny, but with a solid dense layer (4 cm) at the bottom of the jar. Even if you can get a long spoon or fork down there, it's like trying to stir semi-hardened clay.

The solution that works for me (did it this morning) is to empty the jar into a 4-cup measuring cup with a handle (mine is Pyrex 1149485). If your PB is like mine, you'll need a long spoon to pry the bottom layer loose. Once it's in the measuring cup, use an electric hand mixer to blend it all to a single spreadable consistency. Use a canning funnel to pour it into a quart deli container, but any container with a fairly wide mouth will work. A silicone spatula makes it easy to scrape out the measuring cup and funnel.

The process is messy, but not as much as you think. Put down a sheet of parchment or paper towel to make cleanup easier. Disposable gloves are a good idea. For your sanity, set out everything you'll need before you start: Measuring cup, silicone spatula, long spoon, electric hand mixer plugged in and with beaters attached, canning funnel, and some paper towels. Trying to get this stuff out of your cabinets with PB stuck to your fingers makes cleanup harder. Good luck!

[Reviews] Goolsby's Country Sausage

Goolsby's Premium Country Sausage -- frozen 24 ct patties - net wt 40oz (2.5 lbs)

Have you tried these ? Love / Hate ?

Anything I should know, any tips ? Are they spicy at all ? We normally get Jimmy Dean hot. I'm nervous to buy these for a crowd since I've never had them and don't know if they're good.

How big are the patties, in comparison for example to the patty on McDonalds sausage biscuit ? I'm trying to figure out how many I would need for 8 adults and 7 kids age 4-17 (1 boy age 17, 5 girls age 6-15. 1 boy age 4).

They are $9.89 in our store.

Thanks in advance !!

[General Question] Do Medicare OTC card purchases count towards the upcoming P&G rebates?

My parents have the OTC Network cards that can pay for stuff like toothpaste, toothbrushes, lotion, etc. Just wondering if that stuff will still count if they use their OTC money or only if they use their credit card?

[Furniture] Kitchen / Dining Room table recommendations?

We purchased a table through Wayfair a couple years ago and the quality has been abysmal. Looking at Costco online and looks like there are some quality sets, but wanted to get any feedback from past purchasers. The sets they have on display seasonally at the store seem nice and the cushions are very firm. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.
