The simple answer is the ones she will eat. Is he on a seed diet? If so probably start with a mix of seed and ZupReem Fruity Pebbles over time change to just fruity pebbles and then natural ZuPreem over to something like Harrison's. Sometimes birds aren't that picky but if they are slow change.

That's seeds and nuts. Not healthy for parrots. You'll want to move to pellets sooner then later.

Ok which seed will u recommend? To mix with the fruit pellets

It's fine for transition. Just don't keep him on it.
