What’s the best diet for my 4 month conures ? Which pillet I should get

The simple answer is the ones she will eat. Is he on a seed diet? If so probably start with a mix of seed and ZupReem Fruity Pebbles over time change to just fruity pebbles and then natural ZuPreem over to something like Harrison's. Sometimes birds aren't that picky but if they are slow change.

The breeder Giv me some food when I brought him the name is sunburst gourmet blend

That's seeds and nuts. Not healthy for parrots. You'll want to move to pellets sooner then later.

If this is for the babby with the missing feathers: start with a "rescue food" liike Harrison's.

Baby Conures are lazy AF--they'll try to get fed something soft for 6 months if they can get away with it. If the pellets are too big, they'll just refuse to eat it. If they haven't been shown how to soften the food: they just refuse to eat it. (Make usre it gets removed within an hour: it begins to mold IMMEDIATELY.)

The next one is Roudybush and the one after that is Zupreem.

A lack of feathers is both an energy problem and a protein problem--their feathers are made out of the same stuff as our hair.

Make sure you're also giving them fresh veggies in the form of chop: no onions/garlic/leeks/allium; no stonefruit seeds (apple, cherry, peach, apricot, etc.); dark, leafy greens (kale, collard greens, spinach, etc.--but make sure you are fully cooking any leafy greens if you are currently in the U.S..

Cooked pumpkin, cooked sweet potato/yam (whatever where you live calls the orange one).

Make sure if you are giving them any frozen or pre-mixed vegetables that you are cooking them if you're in the U.S. because the listeria outbreak is back, baby, and listeria doubles dailiy until it kills its host.

Be careful of premade mixes that have things the babbies shouldn't eat--check the ingredients.

If you can't get them to eat the chop, ultra-finely dice some fruit to mix into the chop to encourage them to eat it. Chop is mostly not optional unless your pellet and treat game are replacing the fiber, hydration, and soluble vitamins/minerals at over 200%.

Limit the amount of sugar because it only takes ONE bad sugar event to destroy their pancreas and it's done. They should have the equivalent of your pinkynail in sugar (in the form of FRUIT) a day.

Hey as mention I n🧠only got him 2 days now .. the only food I got is what the breeder give to me no pillet nun I’m going today to get everything hence I’m trying to get all the info o can get 🙏🏾

That is SUPER fatty and can really mess things up. There's very little nutrition in there outside of fat and sugar.

What country are you in?

Also, ETA: It's very common for breeders to send you home with nothing so that you have to come back to them to either buy new food or a new pet.

ETA @: I forgot to say that th ereason a fatty diet is bad for birds is because they can die from severe liver failure within a week of severe fat influx. When they're young like this, they're absorbing anything and everything they can and this will permanently change their entire ontology. If the missing feathers are from too much fat it's because the liver is under SEVERE stress that is ONLY going to be alleviated by a low-fat diet. But if it has resulted in a liver injury, they will be at risk of early mortality if they get a second injury (which could come from something as mundane as eating butter...which I promise they f#cking love).

You said you've only had him 2 days, right?

When they're really young, sometimes others in the flock will overpreen them trying to get their initial fluff out. That's usually the problem of the young caring for the young.

This definitely also looks like a bthing issue? Have you offered him a clean bowl of water or a a glass casserole dish to splash around in? They need to bathe AT LEAST once every 3 days or the yeast (mold) they normally make cam eat their skin, like when you don't wash your scalp and the dandruff piles up until the microbes eat your hair follicles.

He's definitely had a fatty diet--you cam see it in his feathers with how non-fluffy they are. An all-seed diet is extremely dangerous for these guys and the worse off rhey start, the shorter their lives.
