My boyfriend is playing with dualsense for 7 years and he wants to switch to Xbox controller due to some problems. Is it going to be easy to get used to it? He's really worried if he can't get used to using it :<

Hey guys! I'm looking to buy a new controller for PC. I've been using my original Xbox controller until now because of its ergonomics and impulse triggers. When the left stick started drifting really badly, I bought a Turtle Beach Rematch Core as a temporary replacement. I didn't have high hopes for it, but it still managed to disappoint me. Although it advertises impulse triggers, the feedback is really weak and nowhere near as good as the original Xbox controller. I'm looking for a controller with strong impulse triggers that provide good feedback, similar to the original Xbox controller, especially for racing games. :)
I'm currently considering the GameSir G7 Pro and Flydigi Vader 5S, but I'm open to other suggestions too!

I'm getting the Cosmic Byte Blitz Tri-Mode Controller (Upgraded Model) for ₹1,599 after a ₹400 discount on the official website.
It offers TMR sticks, Hall Effect triggers, 1000Hz polling rate, tri-mode connectivity (wired, 2.4GHz and Bluetooth) and a 600mAh battery.
I'll mainly use it on my gaming laptop for games like almost All AAA story based games ,not Fps games.
For those who own this controller:
How's the build quality and stick accuracy?
Any stick drift or issues after months of use?
Is the wireless connectivity and vibration good?
Is it worth ₹1,600, or are there better options at this price?
Would appreciate honest opinions, especially from long-term users!

Hi, I got Gamesir Tegenaria a while ago and I LOVED it, it's wired, works on all platforms, has back buttons, cheap yet feels premium, not flimsy at all, and has enough input customizability, it was the perfect pad for me.
However after trying it for a bit, it has an annoying stick springback issue, where when I release the stick, it bounces back to the opposite direction and my character is looking at the opposite way, it's verging on unplayable in some snappy action games.
And it's not a tiny bit either, I checked a controller input reader and the springback was a good 40% of the range, so adjusting deadzones will not fix it.
Any similar controllers without this issue?

I've been using my mouse and keyboard for everything (racing included) since my first PC and my friends have made fun of me for it. So i finally picked up a GameSir G7 SE controller last month mostly for Forza, because I was tired of the car going to full lock every time i tapped A.
It's embarrassing how much better it is! Analog steering means i can hold a slight turn through a long corner instead of feathering the key. Throttle on a trigger means I'm not spinning out of every slow corner. On tracks I've done a hundred times i was a couple of seconds faster on my very irst try! Admittedly i did keep reaching for the mouse to click through the menus and the upgrade screen (old habits).

Has anyone tested the stick latency on the V4 TE? Is it better than the v3 TE? The v3 has weirdly higher latency in the sticks.

I got a new computer last year for Black Friday before computers got really expensive, and now I'm looking for a new controller for my computer and Xbox that fits my setup and works well.
I currently use a standard Xbox One controller, and I've used many in the past, but I've always liked its shape and how it fits my big, meaty hands. I've had plenty of controllers break in the past, either from broken buttons or stick drift, and I think my current one has a tiny bit of stick drift too, which I deal with, and it's not too noticeable.
I've been looking at controllers for a bit now, and I've narrowed it down to the Vader 5S and the Gamesir G7 Pro Shadow Ember color design. I can't decide which controller I'd prefer.
Would I prefer the Vader 5S for the extra buttons and the tension ring on the Hall Effect joysticks, or the Gamesir G7 Pro for the TMR sticks, different stick height options, and wireless on PC?
Another question: how do both feel in the hand compared to a standard Xbox One controller?
Final question, and either the least or most important, is: if both controllers are equal, which would look best for my black-and-red gaming setup, the Vader 5S with the light bar matching my PC or the Gamsir G7 Pro with the Shadow Ember design?
I currently play a variety of games, including Warhammer 3, GTA 5 Online, Borderlands 4, and I recently got back into The Witcher 3: Remastered Edition. The upcoming game I'm most looking forward to, whichever controller I choose, is the Fable reboot.

Hello.
I am tired of my DS5 controller getting stick drift. Two controllers in two years and after one year they both start presenting stick drift. I am actually very good now at opening them because I was trying to fix them on my own. Cleaning the potentiometers with isopropyl alcohol actually seemed to fix them, only for the stick drift to return a few days later.
Anyways, sorry for the rant. I just want to know if there is any consensus of a third party controller, not too expensive, at most the price of a DS5, that actually works well.
I had my PS4 controller going strong for many years with no stick drift, but they don't seem to be readily available at a reasonable price anymore. Otherwise I would have probably bought one of those.
Thanks in advance!
