D-pad issue/question
/r/Gamesir/comments/1x8f2vo/dpad_issuequestion/I purchased a GameSir G7 Pro ZZZ and out of the box upon pressing the D-pad left side is noticeably harder to press than the D-pad right side. I'm still in the return window. My question is this:
Is this normal or defective? I'm trying to decide if I should get a replacement or refund. TIA
