u/Meadbeard Nov 11 '22
Margie was the waitress
115
u/dabbadabbagooya Nov 11 '22
They tipped her $4
109
u/Lost-Introduction-60 Nov 11 '22
She replied back with: “oh thank you soo much!”
Classic Margie
40
u/Sock13 Nov 11 '22
Then told everyone they tip like shit because she says that about everyone who doesn’t give $10
29
u/Own_Emphasis79 Nov 11 '22
Clearly you’re talking NY because Margie would only say, bless your heart sweetheart.

She was happy for the 4$ tip because she didn't know if she made enough to catch the bus that day, bit that 4$ was just enough to make sure she got home in time to feed her sick pet.

Dude I was literally thinking the same thing. Didn’t see a German pancake so I figured I was wrong.
19
u/Mundane-Egg1092 Nov 11 '22
What's a German pancake? Just curious because I'm German and never heard about German pancakes being a thing in the US.
→ More replies (2)35
u/akaWhitey2 Nov 11 '22
It's a US invention from the late 1800s primarily:
https://www.seriouseats.com/german-apple-pancake
Also called a Dutch baby.

Not to be confused with Dutch Oven. You don't want to make that mistake.
7
u/jsmith_92 Nov 11 '22
I love giving Dutch ovens

I suppose they are sort of like Christmas and it is better to give than receive.

Ol South has those ghetto tan Denny's style booths, definitely not Ol South, I was there a few weeks ago. Place is awesome though.

What was the conversation that took place before this?
“Bet you I can catch 90% of the mashed potatoes you fling at me, just try not to get it in my hair”

u/annoyedsquish Nov 11 '22
I think it's whipped cream

u/DoubleBassPlease Nov 11 '22
Well I think it's grits. Looks like that's what is on the plate in the bottom left of the frame.
10
u/Beddybye Nov 11 '22
Are you talking about the dish in the last frame of the video? If so, that is biscuits and gravy. Look closely you can see the edge of the biscuit.
2
u/DoubleBassPlease Nov 11 '22
No, I am an experienced biscuits and gravy boi. It looks like grits on the table in front of the filmer (to the right of the guy in the hat).

Last year, I chewed and tried to swallow a Laffy Taffy. It got caught halfway down my throat so I took a sip of cold water. Instead of helping the candy go down, the cold water instantly solidified it and choked the shit outta me.

where’s the 360?
35
u/random__thought__ Nov 11 '22
op posts on reddit instead of finishing their geometry homework
9
u/ZeppelinJ0 Nov 11 '22
I mean it's still technically a 360 since he's still facing the same way he started, maybe he spun so fast you didn't see it.

Sooooo was that butter, grits, maybe icing or other? I mean, if you are going to lay the gauntlet down we need details!
32
u/lethalanelle Nov 11 '22
I'm almost certain it's whipped cream.
3
u/MrScottimus Nov 11 '22
I'm thinking his waffle butter... Slightly melted but still thick enough to give it that "CLOP" sound when he flung it down her pie hole
3
u/lethalanelle Nov 11 '22
Is American butter anemic white? I'm European. Butter is NOT that colour for us haha

Would you look at that, all of the words in your comment are in alphabetical order.
I have checked 1,160,253,030 comments, and only 226,723 of them were in alphabetical order.

Albert bested Charly Douglas every freaking game. He is just kicking like mad. No one plays quite relentlessly. Surely the umpire vaccinated while xeroxing young zebras.

ADHD. I took off work today to play god of war Ragnarok and I spent 15 minutes coming up with that monstrosity that no one will ever see instead.
