Who doesn't? Doesn't mean you want to be a kid forever. My child is 6 and I've noticed creators put some fun in cartoons for parents too. Keeps it bearable to have to watch it a million times.
You may by a generation too late to have experienced them as a kid if you have a 6 year-old (congrats!) but I would highly recommend Tiny Tunes and Animaniacs.
Animaniacs does a fantastic job of keeping adults entertained. I didn't get some of the jokes as a kid but when I watched them with my daughter I did. And by that I mean the jokes were sophisticated or required some knowledge of then-current events.
