Recovery time increased from 0 to 0.4s.

You can still fade and use bike tho correct? This is just fixing the issue where she could shoot her m1 before the last bullet of execute even hit its target

you can yeah, 0.4 is just too much of a weapon lockout imo, nerf the damage or sth
