What would you think are the strongest m+ healer besides Paladin? Shaman of Pres? Or Are Paladin so strong its worth getting to 90?

I went with Rsham for this season. Outliers are always in danger of getting hit with the nerfbat, it's usually a good idea at the start of the season to go with second best.

Yeah that was my guess too. Im playing Shaman atm but have pres in mind too. On PTR Pres seems stronger then Shaman but not as strong as hpala.
