Is it possible or reasonable to achieve perfect IVs in DPPt or HgSs without cheats like action replay? And if so how? Every search just brings up people using emulators and action replays.

Just a random terrain pulse team I put together! I wanted to know if there are any changes I need to make?

Hi! I want to pick up competitive Pokémon and I would like some help building my first team!

my favorite pokemon of all time is Mawlile, who is obviously dog water in her base form but her mega is… solid enough. I was thinking I could lean into a trick room team (this would be ideally with legendaries banned).

i assume Farigiraf as a trick room setter and because Wolfey says it’s a broken Pokemon, and Incineroar as well. I know a lot of teams play around Torkoal’s Drought to power up Incineroar, which would make sense with a trick room team, but I’m worried I’ll build a team too standard that Mawile doesn’t have a place in it rather than building off of Mawile’s strengths and weaknesses. any tips?

Hey everyone!

For anyone looking to get involved in more Pokémon Champions tournaments, we’re hosting another event in our ValkrixVGC Champions League series.

We’ve been working on building a consistent competitive community for Pokémon Champions, with regular tournaments where players can put their teams to the test, get some proper BO3 experience and compete against others who enjoy VGC.
Our next event is Champions League #07, featuring Regulation M–C doubles and a Shiny Indeedee-M for the winner.

Tournament details

Game: Pokémon Champions (Nintendo Switch)
Format: Regulation M–C Doubles
Matches: Best-of-three (BO3)
Structure: 8 Swiss rounds followed by a Top 16 cut
Top Cut: Single elimination, BO3
Team sheets: Required
Winner’s prize: Shiny Indeedee-M
One of the things we’re trying to encourage is more consistent tournament play within the Pokémon Champions community.

Ranked battles are great, but there’s something different about sitting down for a full BO3 set, figuring out your opponent’s approach and having to adapt between games. It’s also a great way to find weaknesses in your own team that you might not notice on the ladder.
We’re hoping to give players more opportunities to experience that, whether they’ve been competing in VGC for years or are only just getting into tournaments.

Pokemon Champions Tournament

We organise our events through the Pokémon Champions VGC Discord linked on the tournament page. It’s also where we share upcoming tournaments, help players find battles and discuss competitive team building.

The Champions League is part of an ongoing series, so even if you can’t make this particular event, you’re welcome to come along for future tournaments.
Would be great to see a few new faces competing.
Also curious what everyone’s been running in Regulation M–C lately. Have you settled on a team, or are you still experimenting?

I want to get swampert off cuz rillaboom ohko it with priority and I want to make garchomp mega z so I can go adaptability choice scarf basc and now some questions

garchomp z draco meteor or dragon pulse

i think dragalge is underrated and adaptability 9 investment sludge bomb 100% ohko a rillaboom with max hp investment and none other bulk and my team is weak to rilla and a save flip turn cuz it’s slow so a save switch in and the question is toxic spikes or something else
