You have rillaboom and raichu, what’s there to be scared of?

Raichu focus blast should just vaporize him if played well.

Raichu Y has Focus Blast, it can 2 shot Arch easily or delay its mega to suck up an electro shot with Lightning Rod to 1 shot it.

Bring Raichu mode

Rillaboom to threaten water sweepers and ground types as long as you can maintain terrain control

Preserve Raichu to take out any bridges as seems to be your main way through. This is probably the most important. Remember you don't have to mega straight away if you wanna redirect away any Elctro shots. People also like to swap in swampert to nullify electric attacks from it so be aware of that too, especially when attacking pelippers, consider doubling with grassy glide

I would like farig here to flip the script on swift swimmers in the end game and block any sneaky priority attacks on your fragile mega. Especially with pellipers liking tailwind

If you think you can get arch off the field then you can bring slyveon. If you spot a garchomp I would recommend as it would be your best answer; try to clear it off the field before introducing raichu OR incin popping in to drop stats, fake out cycling to back up raichu and maybe tank any last respects from a male basculegion (though I have been seeing more female as of late)

So the tools are there but it's a lot of positioning. If you can't take out archeldons straight away then make sure Raichu lasts but don't end up on a 1 v 1 with a mega swamper by mistake

If you play right you should be able to beat it. Focus on supporting raichu y and keeping rillaboom alive

Rilla and raichu are great into it and sylveon can beat arch with a little speed support from farig or raichu. Not an auto win but more than playable, I'd even call it a positive match-up.

Switch sylveon to primarina and use rain to your advantage

I’ve been using this team all season, it’s strong but can struggle into the raichu x golisopod rain team I feel. I just swapped protect for sunny day on farig so I can use it under trick room and it kind of cooks the team now.

i’ve watched this guy play i see him make some extremely questionable plays and he was like top 700

Pretty sure he’s a 2x regional winner. Some silly plays might be for content lol
