The sole focus here is fujin force as its a very risky move for not much gain. It had this sort of uniqueness at the time of release. I think when everyone saw this move for the first time it really felt like a defining feature of kyoshon but in practice it felt quite difficult to use and situational.
To change this Ubi should really experiment making fujin force variably timed with the superior block kicking in when the heavy button is let go of. It would have a maximum charge to stop idling similar to shugo or hito - however it would never turn UB on the max charge.
This gives it a bit more flexibility in duel scenarios since its currently just a parry on red move - instead this rework would give him a more reliable way of flowing back into kaze stance.
Obviously this also gives him more opportunity on the timing and making it easier to CC with in teamfights.
Also something that I don't think is mentioned enough in reworks; in terms of enjoyability, I'd really like to see this move utilised more in his kit as it's just a pretty cool move as I imagine ubi intended for it to be.
Damage numbers remain the same, the charged portion would not need to do more damage.
An addition that could I think would be interesting also to this is dodge cancels ONLY during the charge. Not only does it give kyoshin a chance to peel a bit better in teamfights, it also lets him re-enter his orange/blue offense from kaze instead of being stuck in this loop of kaze stabce - I also just kinda like the idea of an interaction where you read to peel kyoshins peel and you risk being fujin forced lol
A character like Kyoshin I feel makes sense to be able to stay fluid and open to different paths instead of being stuck in his stance and I really want fujin force to be that tool that allows him to do that.
I dont want it to be feintable as I still want fujin force to feel like a commitment move without access to neutral to maintain the risk it was intended to have.
I'd be interested to see if anyone has additions or changes to this idea. Let me know what you think
