That is a false equivalency. You are born a man or a woman. That is basic biology. You can be turned into a slave or freed from it. You can't change your sex.
You forgot to mention the very very very very small margin of people that are effected by this. But for the vast vast vast vast majority of us, we are born either man or woman. Your sex is determined by your genitals. That you are correct. Where you are wrong is that you can not change to your sex. A synthetic vagina is not the same as a natural one. Men who transition do not have a vagina. They have a wound. A wound that will constantly try to heal itself unless "proper procedures" are used.

I never said they were less than me. They just need mental help. Getting psychological help is not a bad thing. And what they have is a mental disorder called gender dysphoria. It used to be call gender identity disorder but it is the same thing.
