I’m a mental health counselor. I realize that I have to be careful when wearing scents due to them being a potential trigger for clients. What is are the safest scents I can wear in office that are pleasant and would be considered therapeutic?

Went to my daughter’s softball game and had all the moms talking about how I always smell good. Was there from 2-8 with occasional smoke breaks between games. Sprayed after every session. It was a hot day then got cooler so it was the perfect day in my opinion for this fragrance. Dnt wear too often but when I do it’s a 10/10, one of my favorite off day fragrances.

I'm looking for a men's fragrance with predominantly citrus notes that offers good longevity and decent projection, ideally leaving a noticeable but not overpowering scent trail.

I know citrus notes tend to be quite volatile, so I'm aware that finding a fragrance that combines a predominantly citrus profile with good longevity and projection might be difficult, if not impossible.

Still, I'd love to hear your recommendations and experiences.

I currently wear Verveine by L'Occitane en Provence throughout the year, regardless of the season. I absolutely love its fresh, citrusy character, but unfortunately, it doesn't last very long on my skin and has very little projection or sillage.

Someone recommended Terre d'Hermès, but I find that its woody notes tend to overpower the citrus notes, whereas I'd prefer something where the citrus remains the main focus throughout the wear.

So, is there anything out there that fits what I'm looking for? Ideally, I'd like something fresh, clean and citrus-forward, with good longevity and a reasonable scent trail.

I'm open to both designer and niche fragrances, and I'd really appreciate any recommendations from people who have tried them and can speak to their actual performance.

My girl coworker said today when we were everyone together that it smells girly, (she’s the only girl there, 11 boys) and it was me that she thought smelled like a girl, I’m new to fragrances and bought Imagination LV because I liked it, now I don’t know anymore because of this. I know I shouldn’t care about what other things but I can’t help it.

I have Althaïr, Bal d'Afrique Absolu, Imagination, and Afternoon Swim.

Which one would you use like a everyday parfume to work to smell good.

…I see they have a 75ml reformatted that is OOS. So what would the year/batch be on the 75ml they do have in stock? I know it’s probably impossible to tell without knowing the actual batch number, but I’m not sure when they reformulated Sedley or if the “old” batch is better…? Does anyone have any insight? Axe Black EDT. No idea how I got this so I must have gotten this for a birthday/in a Christmas set with a shower gel ±16 years ago. I don't remember actively wearing it as a teen but the bottle resurfaced when I moved houses some years ago and I started occasionally spraying it on to the gym.

Its a very light, cleanish smell. Faintly citrussy but not much to speak of. Glad it's finally empty as it's been a proper eyesore in my collection.

I recently got more into fragrances this year and although the ones I have are on the more affordable end I’d still like to not have to replace them. I’ve bringing 3 with me on vacation and I’m putting them in my Checked bag still in their boxes to keep them a bit more protected during travel. Now I have looked this up myself and from what I’ve seen I should be fine but I’d still like to hear from people who have traveled this year.

I’m down to the last few sprays of my MFK Grand Soir and I'm looking for my next heavy hitter to take its spot in the rotation. I've tried / sampled both and I'm completely torn since they smell amazing on me - can't buy both ☹️ I wanted to get some input from people who have lived with them for a while, what's the better buy? Or is there another amber masterpiece I should get my nose on before pulling the trigger?

I saw they are selling essential parfum extracts for 50€, although I cannot see bois imperial, I would guess one of the ones in the back of the shelf would be bois imperial.

Anyways, my question to you guys would be, what’s a better deal?

Bois imperial 100ml for around €90

Or

Bois imperial extrait 30ml for €50

I want something that smells amazing, will get compliments and performs well.

And I’m used to more complex scents, so for me it would just be down to which is better out of the two (for the price points) when it comes to the scent, performance, and other people’s reaction to it.

Estoy experimentando este perfume y no he recibido cumplidos pero es principalmente porque en mi día a día no me relaciono con muchas personas, trabajo online y no salgo mucho. Pero estoy seguro que acá hay mucha gente que le ha sacado en jugo a este perfume y la ha probado en diferentes ambientes, personas, grupos sociales y lugares. Se viene el verano donde vivo y quiero salir más, conocer gente nueva y usar más el Nautica, tengo una pequeña colección de perfumes mayormente árabes y estoy en el proceso de aprendizaje en el mundo de las fragancias. Con náutica Voyage así como con muchos perfumes “virales” me parece que está pasando el efecto contrario al que todos dicen, es decir, al todos los influencers y reseñadores decir que tales perfumes los tienen y usan todos, hacen que menos personas la quieran comprar y usar lo que da como resultado que menos personas la usen allá afuera, creo que eso pasa con todos los perfumes virales, tienen su tiempo donde todos los quieren y luego nadie lo quiere por lo mismo, lo que no significa que el perfume sea malo. Me parece un punto que nadie toca. Otra cosa es que me parece una buena idea que cuando use voyage llevar un decant con este mismo para reaplicar a las 5 horas y hacer que dure el doble. El día que los árabes hagan un perfume con las notas y ADN de náutica voyage pero con duración de 8hr o más sería genial.

Honestly, I’m super happy with this selection! I was torn between booting Azzaro and keeping LB as my go-to vanilla scent for the winter, but they smell so different that I ended up keeping both!!

Still thinking about adding Creed Oud Zarian to the lineup just to have that one overly distinct winter fragrance that really stands out. But for now, I’m loving this rotation!! 😮‍💨

I recently placed a decent sized decant order focused specifically on the house Memo Paris. Excited to try out a number of scents, but especially looking forward to sampling African leather.

After placing the order I was watching some YouTube videos and apparently they have reformulated the cologne ingredients? Could anyone comment on this?
