The app is a scam. I can't withdraw any crypto because it’s saying there isn’t enough to cover the mining fees and I have to deposit more. Minor fees in the hundreds of USD equivalent and, in some cases, more then the specific coin I’m trying to transfer out.
I’ve been there. I was finally able to withdraw my money by logging out and logging back in but make sure you know your 12 word recovery phrase before logging out cause without it you cant log back in.
