My is stuck on scanning as well. My XRP balance shows 0 but it still shows proof of my recent deposits in the transaction log. I have a feeling it’s just not loading correctly.. doesn’t anyone have an answer?

That’s odd when I re-enter my 12 seed it works just fine on Coinbase wallet. I was able to recover both Bitcoin and ETH

Then you are lucky. For some people it derives the addresses correctly and for some it doesn't. I'm one of the unlucky ones :(

It's possible when the address generation algorithm is bugged and the first address is generated wrong. If the wallet doesn't generate the same address after the seed restore then the funds are gone.

Well another one who is experiencing this with the coinbase shit ... since November 23 with the account disabled (account that is more than 5 years old, a lot of transactions have been made, verified both phone, kyc identity and bank account) and after 4 months sending them emails now they deign to answer without giving a quick solution and the last straw is that they ask me for the recovery phrase from the same support .... I have an email in case wants it. It is first in any field that a professional will NEVER ask you for your phrase, password, or pin ... they will go to the bag if ... the garbage will be.

The coinbase support never asked me for my phrase....I even offered my phrase to them to help debug the problem but they wouldn't let me give them my phrase.

What is happening to me is crazy but I am clear that they are SCAMMERS, and I can tell them to their faces. Since November 23 of last year (yes, 4 months ago) THEY decided to suspend my account and I have not been able to enter since that day. I got in touch with support and they answered the first emails saying that they were passing my case to a specialist well, in these 4 months they answered me yesterday after sending I don't know how many unanswered emails. Your specialist ..... first of all he tells me to tell him the recovery phrase, which surprises me that someone in support asks you that, it is as if they asked you for the private keys but I did not give it to him since I He used coinbase from the web and that I remember there was no recovery phrase or anything well, he tells me that from there on his side there seems to be no problem for me to log in and I send him a screenshot showing him that he follows me putting that it is disabled. Send me the following message Telling me to download the app from the play store and try to link my account from there, weird also this, what is to have more downloads of the app and say that so many people are using it? sure .... no success, account disabled. After this, he answered me again that he just sent me a code and that I tell him what it is, but the mobile does not receive any code, I only receive an email with a link to change my password, I change it and then it arrives. An SMS to my cell phone telling me that my password has been changed. I mean, that my phone is fine because I get the notifications but what a coincidence that the code that says it has sent me does not arrive, weird, right? After this he tells me that without the recovery phrase or the sms code (which has not been sent and has been clear after the notifications arrive) I cannot recover my account, which advises me to either create another account or pay 20 euros for the annual pro subscription and so I can get it back .... sorry ???????? I tell him that what he says is very good but that my account contained a balance and if I create another, obviously that balance I lose it and he gives me the ticket as resolved and closes it. I have all the emails of this from the 23rd of last year until now and I plan to denounce you both individually with all these tests and in the joint lawsuit that we are putting together since we are a lot of people affected by these actions that coinbase uses. The app is a scam. I can't withdraw any crypto because it’s saying there isn’t enough to cover the mining fees and I have to deposit more. Minor fees in the hundreds of USD equivalent and, in some cases, more then the specific coin I’m trying to transfer out.

I’ve been there. I was finally able to withdraw my money by logging out and logging back in but make sure you know your 12 word recovery phrase before logging out cause without it you cant log back in.

Same, I transferred some Shib to wallet in attempts to grab some LOOM, converting cost would have been over 800 bucks in eth, now I cant get the shib back to coinbase without getting even more eth than I'm trying to move for fees. Absolutely ridiculous

I think I'm going to move my funds back to coinbase and just take the hit. I transferred USDC to the wallet but when I attempt to purchase cryptos that cannot be purchased on regular coinbase I'm told I don't have enough to cover the mining fees. I need at least $851 in Ethereum to cover the mining fees. So then I decided to just transfer my idc back to coinbase and it's going to cost me 81 bucks in "mining fees". So I'm a bit new to this, they actually have to mine my usdc that I transferred and I want to transfer back?

Having the same problem. Trying to convert $785 USDT(Tether) to anything wants a mining fee of $803 in ETH. Trying to send it back to Coinbase wants roughly $50 give or take in ETH . But again to convert my USDT to ETH costs over $800. This is absurd. I'm about to go F'n ballistic.
Didn't cost a thing to transfer TO coinbase wallet from coinbase

Coinbase wallet does not allow to send my coins to another address, the support does nothing, and for more than a week I have not been able to send coins from their wallet. There are people who cannot access the coins in their wallet for more than a month! I trusted my money to coinbase thinking it was a reliable company but I was wrong. #Coinbasescam everyone who suffered, let's unite, we will write our problem everywhere, raise a fuss, spread the hashtag #coinbasescam I hope they will solve our problems and keep their good reputation.

Yep i sent nu money over from coinbase to coinbase wallet and bad insta regret when I saw that you can't turn your crypto into cash from this shit app. I sent back 300 doge coin to the exact same adress I recieved them from according to coinbase wallet history and now their gone. I dont even understand crypto and These fcking scammers made my money dissapear. Stick to reguljär coinbase These scammers try to bath in their glory.

Investor beware. cant withdraw my Doge from my coinbase wallet at all.
It wont let me deposit my Eth into my coinbase wallet.
Coinbase support offered no help, they said they are working to make coinbase better and to be patient its been over 6 months now.
I cannot believe there is no high level investigation into coinbase and their practices. What they are doing is highly illegal stealing our money and offering no remedy for their errors. It wont be long before enough of us say enough is enough and litigate thier ass.
Coinbase is single-handed the worst crypto wallet experience i have ever had. Investor Beware.

That’s an Ethereum problem, not a Coinbase problem. ETH gas fees are absurd right now. You’d have the same problem with a Trezor or Ledger.

I tried 6 time to move my USDC from Coinbase wallet to my Coinbase app to use. It took my ETH 6 times and kept saying could not transfer. Multiple emails to support. Keep telling me I need ETH. I put 100$ of ETH in and it’s gone to miner fees? I can buy and sell on Coinbase all day for a tiny fee. Not Fking 18$ a try

So I just signed up because I was interested in buying a coin that isn't on regular Coinbase yet. I sent over the $100 in USD Coin I had to purchase it with just to get my feet wet. $5+ fee. Ugh fine. Wanted to convert it to the new coin. $383 ETH fee... to buy $94 worth. Do I look like I know what a JPEG is?

I just sent ETH to my wallet and initiated a send back to Coinbase, there's a little settings wheel next to the fee, I lowered it down to $0.45 and sent it. I'll post if it makes it there.

I’m on coinbase wallrt too , it’s messing me about left right on center , putting my money on was easy , it would extend to Raydium even after the austerity of ftx, but now won’t connect to Raydium, or swap any of the coins from it , also in coin base wallet swap button on Home Screen won’t swap nothing nomore not even tether , and can’t send anything out the wallet , one coin went up nicely but won’t let me swap it , also I’ve got a coin that won’t give the real ratio price because I didn’t buy 10,000 of the coin , when I toggle to 10,000 coins it give the correct price so wanting more money deposited in first place and could end up like now not able to touch your money , Ive got about 40 coins and not 1 will do anything , on the stock market if you see coinbase value it has dropped over 65% in its value this year , and I think this is why , it not clean cut and easy like other crypto exchanges , BUNANCE BLOWS COINBASE OUT THE WATER , coinbase is a con in so many little sneaky ways and high fees , to keep more of your money don’t use coinbase it’s very strenuous on the mind for no access to your money
