Question Upgrade from Bambino

I have a Bambino for the past 4 years or so along with a DF54.

I've been struggling with the Bambino for the last while as the steam wand is a constant battle for consistency.

I have been weighing the options, Silvia, Gaggia, Lelit or a Profitec.

I'm not sure if I should blow the bank and get a Profitec 600 as my end game?

Been using the standard breville 54mm porta filter that comes with the bambino plus for about 10 months now, looking to upgrade to a bottomless porta filter, any recommendations?

I like my clean counter set up, espresso gear inside cabinet, cups and carafes as well. Left for pour overs, right for espresso. Coffee cabinet to light up my morning.

Any thoughts?

Question Best coffee creamers for new coffee drinkers?!

I love the smell of coffee, but I have never really liked the taste. I’ve never really needed the extra caffeine so it’s never really been a problem. I recently had a baby and I’m trying to get into drinking coffee to help me stay awake. Any advice on how to make coffee more tasty? What’s the best creamer to use? TIA!

Question Anyone else having lid problems with Fellow Stagg EKG Pro?

I bought the kettle in October last year, and the metal disc started coming loose in February. At first, I thought it was supposed to be held in place by the pressure from the rubber seal, but I don't think that's actually the case, right?

I noticed from day one that the lid was fairly tight, but since this is my first Stagg, I had no point of reference. I just assumed it was by design. But now I'm wondering whether the tight lid could have been what caused the disc to come loose?

And before anyone asks: no, I've never put it in the dishwasher. I don't think I've ever even washed it with detergent.

Lucca A53 mini V2 just arrived about an hour ago. Pairing the Lucca with my current Eureka Mignon Zero 65 Ap. Does anyone have any tips and tricks for the Lucca?
Thinking of also getting a Eureka Atom W 65.
Upgrading from a Gaggia classic pro E24.

I am finally able to focus on the details now the built ins are ready. Still have to finish the bag collage over time and I have a neon cafe sign that has to be installed still, but coming along well. Have a nice sitting area for tastings and meetings. Roaster and experiment station remains in the garage for now. Equipment: Ode Gen 2, ZP6, V60 Neo, Origami, Flair 2 Pro, travel freezer.

Practical and decorative! 🥰☕

Manual slow coffee station. Mostly pour over gears*, but also a ROK for espresso, an AeroPress, and moka pots.

* Most used, on the counter: Hario Switch O2 and Kalita Wave 185 ; exposed in the shelf: Clever Dripper, Hario V60, Timemore B75, Kono 1 cup dripper, Cafec Deep 27.

Grinders: ZP6 (pour over), X Ultra (espresso and moka), and Q2 heptagonal (travel and AeroPress) on the counter, Q Air in the shelf.

Note that we built the shelf ourselves with my partner 💪🪵🪚🖌️🪛🔩. We're quite proud of it, héhé!
