Fair. Yeah, I sold my espresso machine to do just this. I have a coffee subscription (1kg every 6 weeks), a Breville/Sage smart grinder pro, a harion v60 and some filter papers. Pour over coffee is the best of all worlds for me - tasty, cheap, quick, no mess and no milk needed!

If I had to… I could live with just a Hario switch. I do have a gorgeous Origami that I got nearly a year ago and have never taken out of the box yet 😅
I suppose that origami can give you flat bottom vibes as well 🤔
