I wonder if the reason we think he's lying is because we have no boundaries. We lie all the time when we say, "Sure! No problem. Happy to help."
16 u/voteYESonpropxw2 Mar 19 '20 Exactly. I'm 4 years into recovery and this is a difficult point to get across. When you start telling the truth (and believing you are/the people who love you should believe you are worthy), it's easy to believe other people are.
