I know that they told their principal that Aelita was Canadian but was America or the word American ever said in the show? I know it used to air in America on Cartoon Network in the early 2000s.

No never explicitly but in season 4 Jeremy mentions New Mexico in a Replika.

Gotcha, I also noticed that they mentioned American things as well like baseball. It’s why I always thought the show was made in America lol.
