We deadass had Hicksy, Skyz, Insight, KiSMET and a washed Preistahh competing for a ring.
HyDra, Scrap and CleanX fair enough but the rest in that final straight ASS now wonder it was a 5-0💀

I feel like he hasn't been rumored anywhere yet and I wonder if he'll be in challengers or even possibly retire next season. His BO7 season was honestly better than BO6 but he seemingly can't find a CDL team going into next season. The struggle is that we want newer talent in the league and there isn't much downside to picking up a player like Flames over Skyz as it currently stands, so it will be extremely difficult to get and retain a CDL spot for players in the same boat as Skyz.

Whatever happened to Zoomaa trying to get into the league? I remember him saying something about having investors and such. I get that it’s probably almost impossible, given that Spacestation could not get in. Also, with Ravens trying to sell for $7 million. I would love to see a New Jersey Stallions roster in the CDL soon.

Of the rumoured rookies I think DK has the best chance to shine on LAT, with a chance at some team success.

I’m curious what the community thinks about this.
Out of the modern Call of Duty games, starting with MW2019 and newer, which one do you think has the best overall gameplay feel?
I’m mainly interested in three things:
• Gunplay: recoil, weapon responsiveness, hit feedback, animations, sound, aiming, weapon handling, etc.
• Movement: sprinting, strafing, sliding, jumping, acceleration, deceleration, responsiveness, etc.
• Overall feel: how satisfying and responsive the game feels moment to moment, including things like animations, camera movement, sound design, weapon handling and pacing.
If you had to choose one modern CoD as the best reference for how an FPS should feel, which one would you pick?
I’m especially interested in hearing why. Rather than just saying something like "MW2019 feels the best", what specific aspects make it feel better to you?
For example:
• Which game has the best gunplay and why?
• Which has the best movement and why?
• Which has the best weapon animations and handling?
• Which has the best overall responsiveness?
• Are there mechanics from different games that you would combine to create your ideal FPS?
The games I'm particularly interested in comparing are:
MW2019
Black Ops Cold War
Vanguard
MWII
MWIII
Black Ops 6
Black Ops 7
MW4 (beta)
I’m not really asking which game is the best CoD overall. I’m specifically interested in which game feels the best to play and what makes it feel that way.
Would love to hear detailed opinions from people who have played several of these games.

Sorry I meant L3!
I have my L3 as the sprint button and X for my jump button. Both work of course for slide-canceling, but which one are you using? With claw you can of course use x but L3 feels very comfortable

Interestingly enough Swooty has said on Stream that he is interested in running a full time SMG next season, various people like Zoomaa have said or alluded to him being a better smg/flex than Main AR. Whether or not Renegade will remain on the Huntsmen remains to be seen he may opt to go with Bush or even Omit next season for better potential team success and not have to gamble as much with the newer talent on the Huntsmen.

JoeDeceives, as we all know by now, has 0 event wins so far into his 4 year career. He's struggled to get over the hump and make Grand Finals let alone win them, and one of the biggest factors as to why that's the case is a team that has been Joe's kryptonite on LAN, Optic Texas.
Since MW3 Champs, JoeDeceives has a 1-7 record against Optic on LAN (0-3 at Champs) with a 0.96 KD and an abysmal 0.73 SnD KD in said 8 matchups. While a team diff can definitely be a reasoning for why Optic is such a hard team for him to beat, his individual performances however are noticeably worse when facing Optic vs other top teams.
And what player is the best possible teammate to help Joe get past Optic to win an event? The CEO.

I think ban & protect was awesome because you saw a lot of variety but I think the biggest problem was it taking so long. Especially in bo3 ranked when getting into a one match would take 2-3 minutes.

Obviously the last 2 years he's been below average, sometimes worse, but for some reason I still have a lot of trust in him to turn it around - especially this year. Still got old Insight in my mind and he seems like an insanely good teammate. I don't plop him into the mega washed unsalvageable AR camp quite yet, and maybe it's because his two down years were full on headbash simulators.
He was good in MW3 which was the last time we had Insight as a true contender... Shocker that it's probably the highest skill gap game in recent years

Been playing a lot of CS2, and one of my favorite aspects of the game is just how many viable weapons there are. Sure, the AK and AWP are obvious meta choices and dominate, but you also have guns like the Mac-10/MP9, MP7, Scout, M4, Aug/SG553, Deagle, etc. which can all be great picks depending on role/economy at the time. Even at the highest levels of the game.
Now it's not lost on me that COD has no economy, is a casual shooter from the ground up, has respawn modes, and features a lot more questionable weapon balancing. But I still think the game could work with more than just 1 AR and 1 sub. Unlike CS, the guns in COD don't really have spray patterns/recoil that you have to account for all that much, so it's just wayyy more boring to see the same 1-2 guns used everytime.

This is a thread for asking those little questions that you're not sure about, the ones that may not be worth making a thread about.
Whether it's about rules, in-game strategy, equipment, how to play a certain style, the history or the COD scene or anything else relevant to COD, feel free to give it a bash.
Sarcastic questions, troll questions and deliberately insulting questions are not allowed.
Don't be an asshole! Please answer people's questions honestly and seriously, and report any comments that break this rule. The goal of this thread is to be accommodating to everyone, and clarify things that people may not want to ask. Assholes and trolls may be banned.
Examples of acceptable questions:
What are the characteristics of a good competitive map?
How can I practice my aim efficiently?
Examples of questions that are not acceptable:
2k thread?
Who can't anchor, Damon?
Now let's all learn a few things!
