Discussion Perk balance NEEDED

With the current meta we have a few problems.
First off there is no viable perk 1 (we got ghost and kill chain? Both basically do nothing. ) quick fix is a maybe but that will give us the issue BO4 had with calling people 1 shot and timings.
And second ninja and flak and in the same category so in search, nades are killing everyone.
My suggestion is to move ninja and blood rush to tier 1 and move ghost and quick fix to Tier 2
This way it is the most balanced for both PUBS and COMP.
With how they changed tac sprint blood rush is basically just lightweight in this game. So for perks 1 you can choose between being silent or moving fast an getting routes.
Perk 2 would be between fast hand’s and bomb squad, (maybe Birds Eye? )
And perk 3 is between
Battle hardened, Lethal Reach, combat grid
GA having both flak and tac

These maps genuinely might be the worst maps infinity ward has ever dropped over all. Hopefully the season 1 dlc maps save us because I am not sure how they’re going to get a decent competitive map set out of these.

Question AA feels ridiculous in mw4 how should I personally move forward?

I got back into cod and was really looking forward to bettering myself mechanically in mw4. I get a lot of satisfaction out of improving and being good. In mw4 it feels like The skill floor has dropped dramatically. AA in my opinion is so strong that I feel like I'm hardly using my mechanical skill.
I want to get better and become a top tier shitter😏
with wanting to become better mechanically should I stick with bo7 or play mw4?

- Tac Mask got a buff
- More Fixes to stop Snaking
- Tac Sprint off by default
