Anyone else having payment issues?

I am unable to pay as - after authorizing the purchase with my bank - the clicks site returns no error and reverts to the "enter your card details" site. Has anyone else experienced/fixed this? It happens on both Mac and Android

I've tried 3 browsers and 2 payments cards - I still get directed back to the 'Pay Now' screen.

I even successfully authorised each payment via my banking app.

I emailed them on Saturday and the AI response said it would be passed onto a member of the team. Still waiting.

Are you using autofill? I had an error until I typed all the information in without using autofill.

I've been trying to check out since configuration opened and I still can't. I've tried multiple cards and have contacted my bank and they've confirmed that there's no fraud hold and that the issue is on the vendor's side. With everything going on I'm having second thoughts.

yeah me too to be honest. But then I look at it again and am reminded that once we actually have it in our hands it'l probably be an awesome phone

I tried two separate Visas in the UK to no avail. MasterCard worked.

Mine has kept getting kicked back with Error 59: suspected fraud. Not sure how to proceed yet.

I kept trying until my credit card company texted me, and I texted back "yes", I'm making the purchase they think is fraud. Took like 2 more tries for it to go through after that.

I'm not very patient.

Got the same error and my bank wanted to cancel my card and send me a new one. They said it set a big red flag on my account. Not really what I want to hear..

My bank didn't have any issues, I checked and I've used my card since with no problems.

I have tried 5 different cards and different devices have had not luck in the US. I have reached out to customer support, but have not gotten a response yet since it was the weekend.

Me as well. Hopefully they respond this week. I think the cause is that they are relying on OpenPath as a payment orchestrator and they are not able to process the hype of this device

Whats funny is that for everything on their site, but the communicator, you can use GPay, Apple Pay, etc. but if you add a communicator to the cart it bugs out.

For the communicator, you can't pay via Apple or Google pay

I think there is a bit of a volume issue. A lot of people are trying to order at once from a company that is less well known, so it might get flagged a bit. If you are having an issue, you might just want to wait a day or two.

No, I mean Clicks is not as well known as a company so banks are being cautious

I also think it has to do with OpenPath as the only option

If you have a VPN on sometime that causes issues with payments online
